Hi Jay,

I went through the process of buying the said proteins.

After the purchase it said that to redeem the $50 credit, please credit an account. However, a survey popped up to ask me about brands I've purchased from before + what other supps I'd buy in future. When completed, it redirected me to a page that's an empty cart.

I've sent an email and Vanessa said that I would receive the credit since I didn't have the account at point of purchase. However, shell credit me with $1.49 for future purchases when items have been shipped.

$50 and $1.49 is a huge difference; and is a bit disappointing given that the survey refreshed my page?

Can you allocate the $50 instead of $1.49? Otherwise, I'd like to cancel the order and go through the purchase again with an account logged in. Although that'd be a poor customer experience.

Hi Jay

Was looking at the price of your pre-workouts and they seem to be very high compared to the market even at the discounted price. I recall it being much cheaper in the past?

50% off Musashi pre-workout works out to be under $1 per serve but even at full price its very close to the discounted Amino Z price. Is there something substantially different in the Amino Z product?

  Thanks for asking Unorthodox. Which pre workout are you looking at from our range?
  
  Our Amino Z Complete Pre is our best seller, so I'll make some notes in relation to this. They are quite different formulations.
  
  For transparency, we sell both brands and both have different uses. Musashi as a brand tends to appeal more to the beginner and mass market with more affordable products. Their proteins for example are WPC based which bring the cost price down, but will yield a lower protein percentage. It makes for a good introductory protein powder.
  
  Similarly with the pre-workout, I would consider the Musashi product to be more of an introductory "all-in-one" pre workout with lower dosages in most ingredients typically found in a pre-workout, complimented by other ingredients found in other stand alone supplements (eg. BCAA's and creatine). Ours is dosed higher in pre-workout specific ingredients and a slightly higher caffeine content per serve and targeted more toward someone with more training experience.
  
  As a breakdown:
  
  Creatine - ours is creatine free. Musashi has 1.2g/serve.
  
  Beta-alanine - ours has 3.2g/serve, Musashi has 1.2g/serve
  
  BCAA's - we do not add this into our pre-workout. Musashi has 1g added.
  
  Caffeine - 275mg/serve in ours, Musashi 250mg
  
  Acetyl L-Carnitine - ours has none, Musashi 200mg
  
  L-Tyrosine - Ours 1g/serve, Musashi 0.6g/serve
  
  Citrulline Malate - Ours 6g/serve, Musashi 2g/serve
  
  Musashi has Arginine and Ornithine added (0.3g/serve each), ours does not.
  
  Ours has Agmatine Sulphate added (0.5g/serve), Musashi does not
  
  Ours uses a natural sweetener (most use thaumtin, some use stevia), Musashi uses Sucralose (artificial sweetener)
  
  If you're looking at our Amino Z High Stim Pre-Workout, there are a couple of further differences. The key differences between this and the Amino Z Complete Pre would be:
  
  High Stim has a little less citrulline malate (4g/serve)
  
  High stim contains Glycerol Monostearate (1.5/g serve)
  
  350mg caffeine/serve
  
  Huperzine-A (a nootropic)

I ordered some WPI in the Black Friday ozbargain sale, and really enjoyed the Oz Choc Caramel flavour. Are there any plans to bring this back or make it part of the permanent range?
