i done 2 orders no adblock, went through the westpac lounge ebay link, added items to cart, payed with giftcards and westpac linked card and havent got any tracking in about 25 minutes.
Tried on phone and it opened the ebay app(hope that is ok). no tracking for another order… no adblocking

eBay tracking can take up to 7 days to come through, so bear with as it's likley to come through within the next day in my experience, but yeah can take up to 7 per their terms.
All good for this morning for both. I was just a bit worried when others got their westpac and i got nothing.
Also strange this morning my tracking looked good but it was retracked 20 minutes ago. For alot less on both ebay and westpac tracking. I don't have a screenshot but I maxed one order so expected $20 on ebay and around $15 on westpac but they have gone now.

The shopback notifications on all don't show the previous ones but when i click cashback it shows the old and new.

Those with tracked orders, how did you get tracking so quickly? My experience is ebay tracks the next day.
For some reason, the Westpac part tracked instantly. The actual Shopback part hasn't tracked yet, let alone any Shopback bonus
Is your Westpac part tracked at 10% at full purchase value or only on portion paid with Westpac card?
mine is not even 10% of the amount paid with Westpac card…who knows what will happen on the total purchase….
I mentioned my order + tracked amount in an earlier comment, but it was ~0.4% of the total spent. If calculated based on card spend, it would be 56% ($0.19 from $0.34 on card), which it definitely wouldn't be.
@highwind: Hopefully not another disaster like the other day on $5 bonus CB in $25 spend, it did not track for me and the challenge has disappeared from my challenges. Contacted SB customer service and they are asking for the screenshot of the challenge….go figure

I have the same issue for this challenge (spend $25 on eBay and get $5 cashback bonus).
My eBay order took 3 days to track and challenge disappeared 2 days after ended and moved to pending (so 1 day before my eBay order tracked).
I don't know why it disappeared though.
I also received a notification at the same time my eBay order tracked after 3 days saying "You have completed a chalenge! The reward will be sent to you soon.", but when I click on notification it says "Challenge cannot be accessed" (because challenge has been removed for some reason which is very odd).
@gotyourback can you report issue? It seems to affect at least 3 people here. Thanks.

Placed order through Chrome browser by clicking the eBay link through Shopback website, paid $115 with GC and about $15 with Westpac card, so far nothing tracked yet.
For the Westpac bonus, I assume you need to use your card directly rather than via PayPal, etc.?

Edit: 1h and no tracking… now is that classic period in SB, when you don’t know if you’re getting a sweet deal or getting rorted, as you wait for purchases to track.

Just made a purchase but the shopback Chrome extension never identified ebay as eligible, despite me clicking into ebay via the shopback website and had adblock off. Did it at 6.00pm Brisbane time… does this mean I'm screwed? When should I contact SB support?

You should be fine so long as you clicked through the Shopback website eBay link.
eBay asked Shopback to turn off the web browser notifier on their site.
I wouldn’t trust sb to reliably track things so don’t risk expensive purchases.

Usually next day with eBay. I wouldn't worry too much as long as some $ value from each purchase hit an eligible Westpac credit/debit card. Also ensure no adblock/tracking plugins. Often best to just use a separate browser for Shopback that you know works.

SB app is usually fine but can be a bit finicky and sometimes eBay autofills discounts which might make you ineligible.
@machej: Cheers mate, this is my first go at using SB.. I guess the ambiguity around whether coupons disqualify the cashback or not is part of the SB parcel right?!

@Sublimit: I just got mine come through in the last hour, it's usually super delayed for eBay. I'm not sure about SNSDEC as it wasn't on the coupon list on Shopback so I avoided that.

I ordered entirely within the ShopBack iOS app to try to be sure of things (in its built-in web browser — it says it’s going to transfer to the eBay app but doesn’t, for whatever reason).
(Ordered about 5:10 AEDT just after the deal began.)

if the payment is confirmed at 8.57pm then it should be when the order is in.
No trackinh several hours after placing order. In fact no order confirmation either, status still stuck on Still processing. Payment.
No surprise, shortly after the promo period, 10 pm, the email saying payment failed. However same payment as always that works, however when there's a cashback promo they have pulled this old chestnut out way too many times. See previous deals comments.
