i wouldnt trust the ebay checker.
The key information you need to know is the ACEA and API ratings, in addition to the 5w30 rating (almost every japanese commuter car allows this grade).
Check your car's manual for specific ratings :)
@brownsound: Yeah you are right, I was just curious that the part checker doesn't work. I had the conversation with local dealer a week or so back and they said to get 5W/30.
This is API SL rated and is for older cars, thus not suitable for a 2021 model car
Looks like the Ebay listing has the wrong image for the product loaded. This doesn't appear to be the Ford A5/B5 full synthetic oil as the image suggests, so be careful.
I'm betting your service manual says that if A5/B5 is not available then by all means use A3/B3. I could be wrong though.

@ltjaris: Old ones was Castrol 5w-30 , without properly clean out the old oil. (Only drain off as much as possible)

Sparesbox is a joke. Only two weeks ago they said they couldn't honour a near identical offer because they were OOS, and now there's a new sale at an even lower price. Do not be surprised if you get a message from them apologising for being OOS.

Took me a month to get a basic order of oil delivered during an ebay sale. Ordered several bottles, they sent me a message to say it was out of stock despite having about 100 seperate ads on ebay for the same thing with 10 listed in stock in each ad. Only responded to my multiple messages after I raised an ebay claim (same as everyone else giving them negative feedback). Eventually got a partial refund and a cut down version of my order delivered, no packing at all on the oil, just a couple of bottles floating around in a big empty cardboard box. One of the lids got smashed, there was oil all over the Australia post van and the floor of my local post office when I picked it up, box completely saturated. Aus post weren't too happy with sparesbox either.
Rebought the stuff from Premium Car Care ebay store, no fuss, items all in stock, shipped straight away, well packed

Just got a Sparebox delivery just now, stupid thing is Superdumb auto's website recons this oil is not compatible with my Ute, which takes 5w-30 and tries to push 10w-30 onto me instead, I have to remove my model from my preferences to find the things I want, plus they constantly change my default store, complained about it the other day via their email portal thingo and next thing I know my password is wrong and any attempt to request a new password fails … ended up having to ring them and they set a temp password and gave that to me

You can always try DATATECK Nulon or DATATECK "brand name" in google. That will open you a website which will find you all the compatible grade oils for your car/ute selection you have made.
I have a diesel engine and says 5w-30 synthetic low ash engine oil, but supercheap says this oil doesn't fit my car, can someone help me figure out why it doesn't
Have the same problem … Supercrud's website thinks my car takes a different grade than it does, however, Diesel oil has much more detergents and cleaning gremlins than an oil aimed at a petrol engine.
What ACEA specification does it say in your manual?
Have you used the "oil finder" at your preferred brands website?
on Nulon website says,

SYND5W30 compare to this one is SYNDFE5W30

The pallet was delivered within a week from Sydney to Brisbane.It's not the first time I've had an expereince like that too; I don't think I've ever waited much more than a week honestly.

I ordered some suspension parts from Sparesbox. Queried them regarding a $50 price discrepancy and some crap customer service and they refunded me $250.
The item still hadn't been delivered after a month - chased them up again and it was delivered within 2 weeks. They then delivered the item again 6 months later.
I'm not even sure how it got to me as there was no packing slip attached. Maybe the QR Code stickers told the delivery driver where to send the 4 packages.I don't know what happened but they used to be good now just crap

I've got a 2012 SH Forester that says 0W-20, I do the odd snow trip up to Falls Creek, but 99% of driving is around Melbourne.
A few randoms online mention that 5W-30 would be fine, but wondering if anyone on here can confirm?
