Bought this at the last sale with an offer and have been using it since without issue. Good price to give robo vacuums a go if you've been on the fence about it. Have not used the mop function, but the vacuum does a good job.

    • Same. It bumps into a fair few more things when compared to the z10 pro though. The dtof really makes a difference. Could also just need a firmware update which is supposedly coming never.

  • +2

Is the app decent? And can it be linked to Google home?

I've got the og Xiaomi bot but the app keeps signing out and being a pain I. The ass.

    • The mi home app seems fine for what it needs to do. I also have 2 viomi fans on the app as well which were purchased through a different deal. Not sure about google home.

    • +1

Yes can be linked to home, and you can also start it by voice command "ok google, start the vacuum"

      • how did you get that working? i couldnt use the dreame app as it would never sync with the robot, so had to use the Xiamomi Home app, which never links to google home.

  • Bought one last time with offer $320 and seller accepted it, around $250 after code, very happy. Seller even accept some offers at $300. But seller is very slow with communication, took one full day to accept

  • I wonder if they would accept a $600 offer on the D10+ considering dreame have discounted it to that before.

    • During the last sale, they accepted an offer of $651 for the D10 plus. Brought it down to ~$500 with the 22% discount.

      • +1

I offered $651 and was accepted. Total came to $507.78 with 22% discount.

    • +1

I offered 650 and they accepted it. took about 5 hours.

  • +1

    Accepted $300, bought for $234 after BTSR22

    • did you send just now and they accepted straight away?

      • made a offer 5 mins ago for 300, still waiting

    • +1

Thx, I've never done the offer thing. I submitted one for $300 after reading this.
So once the seller accepts, I can enter in the promo code before payment?

      • +1

Yes, once they accept it you can then apply the promo code for further discount at checkout

    • @Subas how long from submit till accepted?

Guys… DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THEY WILL NEVER PROVIDE YOU WITH THE INVOICE AND CANNOT BE USED FOR ANY WARRANTY PURPOSES. SECONDLY, THE SELLER NEVER REPLY TO ANY OF YOUR MESSAGES. PLEASE CHECK THEIR NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND YOU WILL FIND OUT. I HAVE REPORTED IT TO EBAY. BUT STILL BEEN MORE THAN A 1.5 MONTHS, NO REPLY. BE AWARE

    • You should probably neg the deal for visibility

      • +4

        Thanks, done

    • +3

      93% feedback rating! Yikes

    • Keen to hear from others on their experience with this seller - was about to buy

      • They shipped the item next day after I placed the order. I did message the seller regarding my best offer but never receive any response. They did end up accepting my offer after 24 hours. Product is brand new sealed and it’s great but experience is let down by the Non-exist customer service. I guess it will be fine if the product has no issue, but might be a trouble for warranty claim if there are problems down the track since the seller doesn’t talk at all. Overall good value for the vacuum though. I got it for $250 after the code.

        • Why i started return because i received little used product. And I never received any reply from seller even despite of many complaints made to ebay, but still seller never reply. I contact the company, but they cant do anything because i have no invoice given by the seller. If you are lucky enough and no required warranty. Then you are good to go. But seller wont reply. You can try messaging them and see of yourself. Make sure ask something challenging like invoice or warranty etc.

          • @Zeee: Sounds to me like you should have opened an ebay complaint

            • @Jackson: Already opened. But they didn't do anything except apologising for seller not replying…

              • @Zeee: Tell them you want to return it, might get the seller off his backside. Say it's for your business and you can't tax deduct it without the receipt.

                • @Jackson: yeah, returned. but no response from seller. haha

                  • @Zeee: So you got your money back from ebay?

      • +6

I bought from the last deal for $250. I didnt know I needed a robot vac until I bought one. I think you can live chat with them on the deame website. This is how I got a tax invoice from them. They generated an invoice within minutes after providing my ebay order number. The robot is working well so far and was brand new in the box so I dont intend to return it. The shipping was also really fast.

Just a note if you have black carpet, the robot will not vacuum on any black surface as the cliff sensor doesn't register it as being a surface.

        • too late for me

    • You don't need an invoice for warranty. You just need evidence. Ebay and PayPal transaction evidence should be enough

  • +1

How long does it take to see if offer is accepted?

    • +1

      1 day.

  • I rate this vaccuum and bought it in least deal. Mapping is really solid unlike ecovacs which everyone says just loses its own maps regukso

  • +1

Can anybody comment how they bode against dog hairs? We have two big dogs (GSD and Staffy) and between them there is an over abundance of hairballs daily.

And if the D9 can’t do the job, open for recommendations!

    • +2

We have one dog and it definitely does a good job. You probably just have to empty the vacuum more often.

    • +2

Your main issue will probably the hair getting tangled on the brush, which is a common issue with these single brush vacuums (which is most of them, I think Roborock just announced a dual brush robot but it'll be pricey).

Best way to decrease the tangles seems to be running the robot more often (e.g. daily) and not letting it build up.

      • Yeh that's more for the Mrs's hair than the doggo's hair though. Just like any other vacuum, you need to make a habit to clean out the brushes often.

        • +3

or get rid of the mrs and get one more dog. cheaper long term

          • @CyberMurning: Thanks for both the insights and the laughs!
Will investigate the dual brush ones and if it’s too steep it’ll be good practice to maintain these more regularly.

            • @n0ob1: I use a medical scalpel to do surgery on my roborock to remove the long hair that gets tightly wound around it. Sounds goofy but works a treat. I wouldn't think short dog hair would cause much of a problem though.

            • @n0ob1: With the detachable ends of the brush and hair cutting tool (that comes with the robot), it doesn't take too long to untangle the hair, really just 30 seconds.

The dual brush design was patented by IRobot with the patent running out in April this year, so while we don't see many at the moment, I suspect we're going to see a lot more by the end of the year.

  • This needs the new firmware from the original d9 which gives better options like fast map and 3x sweep. Have had maps disappear a couple times so fast map would be useful. Mopping is very basic (just drags a damp cloth around, doesn't vibrate)

  • Ah I just bought it few days ago online and paid more money. I wish I could refund and go with this offer :(

    • You win some, you lose some, sadly

    • I did the same just prior to Black Friday without knowing that eBay were going to release 20% off discount codes. Unfortunately, I didn't have much luck. eBay help said that since the item had been paid for, they could not do anything but suggested to contact the seller to cancel the order (despite it being shipped) and I would reorder the item with the discount applied and ask the seller to just mark the item in transit as the "new" order. I tried contacting Dreame on eBay but just got an automated response saying they were busy and would respond in 3 business days but this never happened.

  • Auto empty?

    • +1

No auto empty for this model.

  • +1

I bought this in the last deal. I have been super impressed with what it does. Does a great job vacuuming hard floors and carpet. The app is really easy to use. I had no problem mapping my house and have scheduled the cleaning throughout the week. Haven't tested the mopping. My house has never been so clean.

  • Only 93% positive feedback what da f

    • Seller has a history of poor communication. There’s a few comments about it on this and the previous post.

  • ok made offer as well. lets see…

  • +1

    290 accepted let’s go

    • dam! and you made the offer when?

  • I used to have a dumb robot vac, Eufy 11C which would collect much more dust than my current Dreame L10 Pro. The features are great, since you can tell it to just vacuum a specific area, or run 1, 2 or 3 passes, but i feel it doesn't clean as good as my previous dumb one. My old robot had 2 brushes that would constantly spin and gather a lot of dust, these models have just one which only spins sometimes, so it misses a lot of dust.

    • Can you turn the suction up. My D9 Max picks up heaps on the standard setting and isn't too noisy, sounds like a jet on max suction though.

      • yeah, im doing 2 passes at medium suction, but not having those 2 brushes still misses a few spots on the floor near the edges of walls (also on carpets). We'll, at least we can tell it to run x amount of times to solve that

  • Lol "394 competing offers" when I went to make an offer. Aren't we all a cheeky bunch.

    • I think this includes all the historical offers that they have just let lapse, rather than reject.

  • +1

    I have done a 290 offer . Let's see .

  • come onnnnnn im ready to pay… i wish someone here in ozb know the shop/seller and can give the boss ring…..

  • ok made offer as well. lets see…

  • Best mop vacuum combo please?

  • +4

I purchased the Dreame Z10 Pro ($1200) last year and it stopped working after 5 months. There's a persistent issue where the lights blink and the customer service is DOG SHITE.

Been calling and emailing for 3 months and it keeps getting pushed back with a sorry excuse: We're experiencing a large volume of queries, etc.

I since picked up a Roborock and it works like a dream. DO NOT BUY A DREAME.

    • Thanks. Which Roborock?

  • I’ve never had a robo vac, which do you recommend for hard floors please?
Also one that is programmable for 2 storeys?

    • +1

This Robovac has no problems with hard floors and can also store multiple maps

    • +1

I have this robot vac and it works well with carpet upstairs and tiles downstairs. It can save multiple maps. Just let it do one full pass of each floor before starting on another. It just won’t vacuum any black surface

  • Best robot vacuum i purchased, never buying another brand.

  • Brought this Robovac in a recent deal.

My first time buying a Robovac so didn't want to break the bank and I'm so glad I didn't have to. This Vacuum works very well, no problems with the mapping and can store multiple maps as well. The Mop function is fine (drags the mop across the floor) obviously doesn't replace a proper mop but does the job.

App works well, it can clean a certain room only or a certain zone depending on your needs at the time. Setting up invisible walls or no go zones is simple to do. You can also adjust the suction and water flow, the auto detect carpet boost mode is a great addition especially having 2 indoor cats.

Would highly recommend the product but have no experience with this particular seller

  • Anyone’s offers been accepted yet? I put one in at lunch time and haven’t heard anything

    • No answer on my side

    • Nothing yet, 18 hrs now

      • Had a quick look - 570 competing offers now haha. Hopefully some get accepted before they expire!

  • +4

I want to try the limit. Just made offer of 270. Let’s see if seller accept 😆

    Worth? Opinions

come on…. what kind of online ebay seller doesnt check his/her email/ebay store regularly ??? seriously… this is $300-1,000 items!

even aliexpress sellers selling $6 cables are more proactive than this, replying within minutes, with readable english (not the auto thank you this is specific questions)
example is vention official store. amazing seller and products!

  • +3

They don't have to accept the offers or reply to them. Don't be so entitled….

    • Yeah, they're just letting the offers expire.
So I wouldn't be holding my breath. They've sold at least 13 of them at the full price, so they're probably not desperate to accept low-balls at this point.

  • The seller removed the offer option, i guess we have to stick with the original price.

    • I can still see Make an offer, may be you used up 3 times?

  • Hi all,
I had made an offer on this robot vac, then got cold feet over the ebay feedback score and the two neg comments above. So I withdrew my offer.

Ended up buying the Yeedi Vac 2 Pro for $311.99 (Ebay plus was required for that price), Ebay Link
This one has an Oscillating mop. Looks good, but I have never owned a robot vac before.

    Hope this helps.

  • Looks like my offer won't be accepted by the seller. Any thoughts on whether this is worth it for the $310 (with eBay plus and the 22% off voucher)

    • I bought this without offer price, and it perform quite well. Are you looking for any functionality? Floor/carpet/mop? Mop is useless if that's what you looking for. Vacuum wise, it's pretty good.

      • i have hard floor. small areas only. and need good mop but i guess anything better than manual mopping.
and i cant afford $1000 so no auto empty is fine for now until i win lotto

        • Dreame mop is like dragging water/cloth around. Yeedi seems to have better reviews on the mop, may be get that or wait for better deal?

  • I had a Roborock S5 for a couple of years then it broke, but still have a fair few replacement parts such as brushes and filters.

Does anyone know if I can use the other accessories on this robot?
