- Join Brighter Super and open an account (via a referral link only)
- Consolidate or contribute a minimum of $1,000 to their account
- Stay with Brighter Super for at least 60 days
You must be an existing member of the Fund to use the Referral Program and you must be a current member of the Fund at the time your friend or family member meets the requirements of the Referral Program.
Spread the word and share the benefits of Brighter Super (formerly LGIAsuper) with those closest to you – and you could receive a $100 voucher for referring them to us.
You can refer Brighter Super to anyone who is eligible to contribute to superannuation.

Those who have a BrighterSuper account and are looking to generate a referral link for themselves (if not already showing on their dashboard) will need to email their name, member ID and preferred email address to [email protected] and they will send you a referral link.
BrighterSuper has requested that referral links not be added to our referral system as per their T&Cs (brightersuper.com.au) so I'm guessing requests can be made in the Classified Section:
3.3 You must not share your referral link on any website (including OzBargain, RetailMeNot, Finder or other similar websites) as Brighter Super may, in its absolute discretion, determine you are ineligible for participating in the Referral Program if your referral link has be shared on any website and may refuse to provide the Prezzee voucher. Any person who signs up to become a member of the Fund who has used your referral link to join, where your referral link has been shared on a website, Brighter Super may, in its absolute discretion, determine the new member ineligible for participating in the Referral Program and may refuse to provide the Prezzee voucher.
It's hard to see how these kickback schemes are allowed under the superannuation act.
Individuals must not receive any personal benefit prior to retirement - sole purpose of super is for retirement.
Not inconceivable an individual could shuffle a low balance around offers to sign up whore.
