Up to 17% cashback at Myer begins at 1pm AEDT and ends at 5pm AEDT. There is no cashback cap. Percentages as follows:

  • 11% on Toys & Entertainment
  • 17% on Everything Else

Westpac Exclusive deal:

$15 bonus cashback when you spend $50 or more in a single transaction. Valid until 11:59pm AEDT 21/01/2023

Terms & Conditions

  • $15 bonus Cashback when you spend a minimum of $50 in a single transaction at Myer (excluding delivery and all other fees) with your eligible Westpac card. Limited to 1 transaction per customer.

Update: The terms were updated to have a $50 minimum spend. When the deal went live at midnight the terms read the following: "Myer: $15 bonus Cashback when you pay with your eligible Westpac card"

      The base cashback would need to track first as the Westpac bonus comes in as a separate line

    I bought something on myer with my Westpac card and ShopBack tracked 8% cashback but no tracking mention for $15.

    Thinking to return my order when I receive it and buy again when there’s17% cashback later the day, will that be eligible for bonus $15 cashback using the Westpac card?

      Hey mate, the Westpac Bonus can take a short while to come through in tracking, if you're made a valid purchase with an eligible linked card there shouldn't be trouble, shoot me a DM if it doesn't come through in the next day or so, I'll take a look into this for you.

          Hey mate, had a look at yours and looks like the Bonus amounts tracked just after you commented here :) Westpac Lounge Bonuses can take up to 2 days to update, so always best to wait 48hrs before getting concerned.

            Or are they the same $15 promotion?

    Rant time, Myer cancelled part of the order for an item that showed in stock at store, and they don't email about it. One can only find out from order status page. Few of the things that were showing not in stock for pickup had like a bunch on shelf, and those items still show out of stock when checked online.

    Thanks gotyourback for the nice promo, pity that Myer's inventory management is not up to mark. Wouldn't put my money on Myer promos in future.

    I ordered $102 worth of stuff, including a $7 item to reach the free shipping amount. $7 item was cancelled by Myer, so now assume my entire cashback amount is void, even though I still spend above the $50 minimum required for $15 cashback with Westpac Lounge :(. I guess i'll wait and see what happens, and return if cashback rejected… although only 30 day return period.. maybe better to cancel.. ahhh

    After lodging an enquiry Shopback have corrected the cashback amount to 17%, however $15 bonus is still not there.

So will depend on the store and some merchants will track each item separately, but if the Cashback has come in under one tracking line in the full amount, unfortunately it's likely that one item being refunded will mean that the Cashback as a whole will be invalidated, I'm afraid.

I've been checking in on this issue this morning, our tech team who were taking care of this got back to us yesterday to let us know the Bonus amounts would be correct overnight and I've checked on some example cases just to be doubly sure all's well, and can see the Bonus amounts from the weekend have since tracked!     Ordered 2 items but 1 is cancelled which I believe means cashback is void? I've never had an order with more than 1 item completed by Myer. If I coughed up those sort of rejection numbers at my work I wouldn't have a job.
