              So I paid $1326 for 1tb S23 Ultra, with free samsung care and a bunch of accessories. Pretty happy with that price and I will also TRS it.

    Everytime I try to add my trade in code I get "Sorry, due to an error, trade-in service is unavailable at the moment "

    I tried adding on the product page, then I tried adding the code in the checkout page, same error.

    Anyone else getting this?

      By any chance did you choose 'in-store' as the option for return rather than 'online'?

      That's what caused my error. It was fixed when I changed to 'online' (as instructed by customer care agent)

    I've been reluctant to move on from my S20FE (which is still working perfectly fine) due to the lack of microSD storage on the newer models.

    But now with the cheap cloud storage deals, I think I'm finally prepared to move on…

    Does anyone know off the top of their head whether deals for the S22 Ultra typically went lower than these kinds of initial release discounts?

    If you're doing the doing the trade in, you can calculate and see if it's better to do it on the normal store for Shopback cashback as there is no storage upgrade on the Edu store but has additional $100 in trade in value. That is if you're banking on a tracked cashback.

      With cashback with CR if you purchase S23U from Samsung (not EDU store) will you get 8% cashback of the price excluding GST so a $1949 S23U 512GB is $1771.82 excluding GST so you get $141.75 cash back (just noted max cash back $100) So do you get $100 cashback even if you trade in a phone with bonus credit etc or is it less again as cashback is calculated on net spend excluding GST?

      Either way probably worth it if you don't have EDU store access but Samsung is tight this year as S23U 512GB 12GB Ram it's $50 backs cheaper than normal store if you trade in. Yet they bill the EDU store as 20% off ($50 off equates to a 2.5% discount vs regular store in that example)

          Bonus is $200, your phone value is $1.

          When you proceed it will take 201 off your order, yes.

                            Move to accessories page, choose phone A23 from the 'other section' listed at $319.

                            Go to the checkout screen, add trade in to 23U.

                                S22ultra is worth about $1000-1100 when sold privately. An upgrade here will cost be about $800.

          With my 6000 mah rog phone 2 with everything maxed and bt, wifi, nfc, location, mobile data turned on i never got above 7 hrs with my usage. And recently after 2 years the phone would give about 5 hrs.

          3 days with S23U, already getting 8+ hrs with 15-20% left. Overnight drain is close to zero.

          the S23+'s chip is way more efficient, combined with the larger battery size i'm hopeful. from what i've read from users, i've seen some say 5-9hrs, depending on what you do. i never got 6hrs of screen on time per 100%, even on wifi only. my average is around 4hrs screen on time which is bad

      I have a Note 10 plus and upgraded to S23 ultra.

      Dont feel a massive difference in day to day usage even after 3.5 years tech improvements.

      What is massive though is the thickness and weight of S23 Ultra compared to Note 10 plus. I feel like I am carrying a brick.

      Will need to think about whether I will ever buy a S26 ultra or a much cheaper phone.
