  These guys have the worst return system. Got a phone DOA and its been 2 months now and still no refund. No way to get anything done without calling them and getting trasferred from one barely legible person to the next.

    I got a faulty fitness band on their ebay store last year. After going through 2 different customer service reps, they said to start a return, which they then rejected and had my negative feedback removed. Not a great experience.
