Offer available from 8/2/23 to 14/2/23 on all denominations of gift cards listed, in Woolworths supermarkets and Woolworths Metro, while stocks last & scan your Everyday Rewards Card to collect 20x points. Excludes Woolworths Online, Ampol Woolworths MetroGo and Metro60. Standard points will not be earned on the amount spent on gift cards, but the relevant number of bonus points which you qualify for under this offer.     Btw, Giftz.com.au is selling Ultimate Her eGift Cards at a 10% discount starting on Thursday, so that is another option if you don't want to deal with Everyday Rewards points.

      Do Woolworths do variable load on Ultimate Her? I prefer EDR (qantas points) but also prefer variable load so its a toss-up between the two if Woolworths dont have variable load.

      I cannot think of any specific one-off deals, so I would suggest looking at the Discounted eGift Card wiki to see whether you can access any of the portals mentioned on the page. It is not an exhaustive list, but simply a good starting point.

          Save yourself the embarassment

          Coles work as long as the Coles or Coles Myer Group gc can pay the full balance for non Coles issued GCs for self check out or manned check out split payment if the attendant doesn't care but if they do ya will be denied and embarassed

    If you already paid 50% of a AirBnB reservation. Can you buy giftcard, apply to your account, and pay for the other 50% with your account credit?

          Thanks for that. I just went through the manual adjustment to my existing order too. Lucky I checked as they wouldn’t have applied the credit to my existing order and I’d be stuck with a bunch of credit! Very sneaky of them…

      Yes, you can.
      you can use the gift card to pay the rest of the amount earlier by using the Airbnb GC.
      I did twice last year. (assume it is the same now)

        It worked! Using the ‘pay remainder now’ feature is the best way to describe it. Then manually apply the credit.

      Differences to consider:

      • Urgency: the Ultimate Him gift card deal is available now, whereas the Apple gift card deal is not available until Wednesday next week. Are you happy to wait?

      • Denominations: Ultimate Him gift cards sold at Woolworths are only available in $50 and $100 denominations. With Apple gift cards, Woolworths sells $20, $30, $50, $100, $200 and variable load ($20-$500) denominations.

      • Participating retailers: Ultimate Him gift cards are redeemable at JB Hi-Fi, so you will be locked into purchasing the Apple product at JB Hi-Fi at JB Hi-Fi’s prices… unless you go to a physical JB Hi-Fi store and use the Ultimate Him gift card to purchase an Apple gift card (which is at the discretion of the staff member serving you, but if you tell the staff you want to pay by card and don’t mention anything about Ultimate gift cards, you’ll probably be fine). With Apple gift cards, you can redeem them at Apple Online Stores (including Apple Education Store and AOC Education Stores), physical Apple Stores, the Apple Store app, and over the phone on 133 MAC. Apple gift cards are not redeemable at authorised Apple resellers.

      • Redemption limits: You can redeem a maximum of 1x Ultimate Him gift card in a single transaction on the JB Hi-Fi website, but you can redeem an unlimited number of Ultimate Him gift cards instore (assuming staff will let you do that). With Apple gift cards, you can redeem a maximum of 8 Apple gift cards in a single transaction on the Apple Online Store or the Apple Store app, but a workaround is to add Apple gift cards to your Apple Account Associated Balance and then redeem that in conjunction with up to 8 Apple gift cards in a single transaction on the Apple Online Store or the Apple Store app. I do not know of the redemption limit for Apple gift cards over the phone or in a physical Apple store, but you cannot redeem an Apple Account Associated Balance in a physical Apple Store (at least in Australia).

      • Stickers: Ultimate Him gift cards do not include a sticker. With Apple gift cards, the Apple logo you can see from an outside is actually a sticker.

        10 Ultimate cards X $100 = $1000 across two days + 5 x$100 across the third day = $2500
        5 variable Apple Gift Card $500 across 1 day = $2500

        ^ both giving 20x points

          Yep. I don’t think the variable load Apple gift card has ever been excluded from earning bonus points at Woolworths, so I would be surprised if the T&Cs said it was excluded.

          Yes, but you are assuming Woolworths staff will sell you $2,500 worth of gift cards in a given day. Some staff will do that, but some other staff will be very cautious when it comes to gift card purchases.

          I distinctly remember one Woolworths duty manager only letting me purchase $300 worth of Apple gift cards during the first 30x points deal at Woolworths in mid-2021… I’ll admit that is an extreme example, but it shows what could be possible…

    I went to woollies to get the Ultimate Him gift card $100 denomination and noticed that JB Hifi is not listed on the front of the card. I checked online to confirm and JB Hifi isnt listed on the description for the e gift card either but its shown on the picture on the card. Before I purchase a few hundred dollars worth can anyone confirm with me that it will work at JB Hifi stores?

      It depends on whether you saw the Visa version or EFTPOS version at the Woolworths you were at.
