        That would annoy me to no end if they made an error and cancelled your order. Use a professional e-commerce software like shopify if you want to flash sale stuff!

        • I spent 25 minutes on the phone for my relative. They will not send an invoice until it is sent and they will be sent. They say.

          I got an invoice for the one I didn’t get a tracking for yet. But it’s the standard invoice you get when you pay for the mobile services.

              @life is suffering: I dont really need another phone, so for me its price ratio. 64GB to 128GB is +$24. 128GB to 256GB is +$50. So I choose 128GB.

  • I got the tracking number in an email with the subject "Your invoice is here". This email came at 9 Feb 1:04AM. Tracking shows order was shipped 8 Feb 9:24pm.

      • Location doesn’t seem to affect when your new phone is being delivered. Seems like they’re sending these out in no particular order.

        • Put in serial number in Apple warranty check website and you should get 2 years standard warranty if Aussie stock.

          • @zzzman: Even Aussie stock will only show 1 year of warranty on Apple website. The extra year is applicable for Aussie stock but won’t be shown. I just checked my 13 PM.

        Note: Warranty service doesn’t depend on registering your device.

        MPN on box says MGED3X/A (for Blue 256GB) and A2399 which is an Australian model I believe

        Can confirm it comes with a $2 physical sim pack even if you ordered esim. As well as Optus info sheet for Sonichub, Amaysim pamphlets and delivery note etc

    It's nearly here and we're getting your order ready for shipping!

    It also gave me the Star Track Info for tracking, and says it is due to arrive by tomorrow

        Got tracking 6pm yesterday, so about 15 hours.

    • Not in the delivery. The tax invoice will be through your email. It does show the GST amount but that includes the price of the plan. So not sure how TRS will work.

    • As long as you bought the 256gig version as it's the only one that is over $300.

            @xers: Yes. Multiple invoices from the same retailer (ABN) count towards the $300 threshold.

            • The purchases are from a single business with the same Australian business number (ABN) and total AUD$300 (GST inclusive) or more.             • The traveller has original tax invoice/s for the goods.
            • The travelling passenger paid for the goods.
            • Carry or wear the goods on board the aircraft or ship as cabin baggage unless they are oversized or subject to aviation security measures and the airline requires them to be checked in as hold luggage.
            • Present their tax invoices (in English), goods, passport and boarding pass to the TRS facility when departing Australia.
            • Make the claim at the TRS facility at an airport at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time or 60 minutes if travelling on a cruise.
  • I believe, based on the quantum of orders Amaysim will take couple of more days to process all orders.

    Delivered this morning (Melbourne) 128gb white, came with a physical SIM - though only had the option for eSIM during checkout. Ordered yesterday around 5pm. What a deal!

  • It's so funny seeing people keep asking if the iPhones are new or Australian stock or not. They are 100% Aussie stock and brand new (as advertised) if they are sold by Amaysim. Even the price is so cheap, Apple still makes money from this tiny size model.

    • I don't think amaysim is making money on the phones

      • Amaysim makes money by providing sim card service/plans (or get a bit more earnings/commission from Apple). Apple gets the major profit from the devices have been sold, not from the Amaysim service plans.

        • Apple makes money from their store even if the iPhone is sold at a loss.

        It's not only about making money. The longer they hold onto these stocks, the more they lose value and have to pay for storage space.

        It makes sense to get rid of them.

      I dont get these “tiny size” comments. I purchase the mini because I want a small form factor phone.

      If I wanted a big phone I’d buy a normal iPhone. But I dont. And it’s why I recommend this phone to relatives. As it’s small enough for a pocket and fast enough for anything they do.

        I agree.
        People keep ragging on about the battery life but who cares, what do you expect in a small phone?
        I currently have a 14PM (these phones aren't for me) but when I had a 13 mini, it was much more convenient than carrying a phablet.
        I actually wouldn't mind a ZenFone 9, those things are pocket rockets!

      Days ago mine cancelled, reordering a different size & colour worked as received tracking still very mad !
