  I’ve been eating cashew butter recently. Tastes better and probably healthier than peanut butter. The Woolworths one is nice, Coles one is crap.

    There is nothing unhealthy about Peanut Butter.

    There are no good and bad foods.

    If you after a fat source it's a very good one.

    I actually don't get enough fats in my diet and have to supplement with Peanut Butter.

    It's certainly easy to overeat Peanut Butter but simply because it is calorie dense doesn't mean it is a bad food. It is the quantity and how it fits in with the rest of your diet that matters.

    People who demonise foods are the ones who have zero idea about nutrition. In fact any diet that demonises foods is a red flag on what to be avoided.

        You can have them just fine in moderation.

        They aren't inherently bad. There may be more.wise alternatives for a given health of body composition goal, but they aren't bad in themselves.

  I got some Protein Plus, it didn't have as much packaging as it previously has. Just a plastic shrink wrap, rather than the bubble wrap and tape.

      Weird, not sure how many you got but I got the two and it was an appropriately sized box with a bit of paper fill. Never known Amazon to be too consistent though.
