  • I am interested to know, given these prices, im assuming these parts are grey import? No manufacturer warranty?

    • They have a 1 year warranty on all their pre-built computers.

  • Anybody is having issue with RAM speed? ASRock H510M-HDV provided motherboard with this set up won’t support XMP profile. RAM speed by default 2666MHz. Bios is updated to 1.90 still no luck. Max support 2666MHz though came with 3200MHz ram.

    • +1

I just received mine today and I also received the ASRock Motherboard and Adata RAM. I've updated the bios to the latest version 1.90. Same issue with max supported speed is only 2666Mhz. It's a cheap little computer. All the parts are cheap..LoL

      • When did you order yours and how long did it take to dispatch? Also the Asrock h510 mobo seems to support max speeds of 3200Mhz overclocked, so not sure why yours is not reaching it. Is yours the 10th or 11th gen i5 cpu, because the 10th gen cpu only supports max speed of 2666Mhz

        • Thats right the 10th gen CPU only supported 2666mhz. Unfortunately I have the tenth gen CPU. I purchased mine on the 22nd Feb which was the day this post was posted. I received it 2 days ago. It's not a bad system for the price. I got the system running Returnal at 1080p with settings to High getting around 40-60fps and Epic at around 30-40fps.

  • Anyone got their system yet? I'm still waiting…
