    So I went on eBay and got 2 items worth $75 in one transaction. It’s got tracked on the Cheddar App as 2 seperate purchases at $55 and $20 though I paid for it as 1 transaction. Will this qualify or I should cancel my eBay orders?

    I find the app doesn't track purchases well (if at all), so keep a record of things and be ready to email support to make sure you get the promo cash back.

    If relevant, I'm running Android 13 and have allowed all permissions for the app.

      Yes, becuause $50 which you will get it by spendinh $250 is from Amex. So your bill will be $250 so it must be approved. On thw other hand, the $50 is from financial institution amd it should not be from website .

        Both cheddar and myamex seem to work off outbound affiliate links..so you may need to click through from one or the other for tracking to work.
        As opposed to specific card offers that are triggered when amex is used as payment method.

      most likely no. This would need you to click through to the newbalance site from MyAmex, similar to any cashback site.

      Edit: Just saw this offer listed under the offers section of the card as well (I haven't added my card to MyAmex yet). So this will be treated like any other statement credit offer and should work.

    Have anyone purchased mutiple orders at once to reach $70 without shipping fee on ebay. And scucssfully got the $70 cashback approved. Brought three item at once which was total of 70.20 somthing. Got ebay cashback already. But my $70 bonus still show as pending.

      Should be OK as eBay just regard it as a single 'basket' however you are increasing the chances of a stuff up, because if any of the sellers can't supply or you need to do a dispute, you will lose the Cheddar cashback on everything

    For anyone who had activated the $25 signup code and haven't made a purchase yet, drop a mail to them explaining that you were unaware that you cannot combine the $25 signup and $70 steppay codes and ask for them to remove the $25 code or to delete your account altogether. I did this and the rep was happy to swap my active bonus from $25 to $70.

    Do keep in mind that the days to spend won't reset and will still countdown from the day you originally added the $25 code.

        If the $25 is also a sign-up bonus, you will not be able to get the $70.

        The order in your account is oldest offer on the bottom so if $25 is at the bottom and $70 above it, then you activated $25 bonus first and that is how much sign-up bonus you will get. If you signed up directly from the 'go to deal' link, then the $70 will automatically be added to your account when you create it.

          During signup, didnt see anywhere to put the code.
          looks like i'll have to register again with a different email…

          you cant avoid the $25 bonus it seems, as it was automatically set once you sign up.

      Are you referring to this: Cashback will be ineligible on for non profit items & charity, eBay plus membership & travel.

      To me it's talking about paying for the membership, not users that have eBay Plus.

        Yes, I see it that way too but according to Cheddar CS: : 'I've had a look over your order confirmation and it appears you have used your ebay plus membership on this purchase. Unfortunately, the terms of this offer note that cashback will be ineligible with the use of ebay plus memberships.'

    I made 3 eBay purchases, used no code or gift card and paid through paypal. None of them got tracked.

    Also not a eBay plus account.

      I made an eBay purchase through Chrome (ad blocks disabled) and mine hasn't tracked yet either (purchased on the 23rd). No eBay plus here, and only one Cheddar account. I've just emailed their support to chase it up.

    I just signed up to Cheddar on my laptop and see that to get cashback you have to use Codes listed on their APP. I downloaded their app and went to the store I want to purchase from (Vet Supply 7% cashback) and it clearly says you only get cashback if the code is listed but still no codes listed. I couldn't see any codes on any store I clicked on Can someone please advise where i get the codes and how this all works.

    OK I am changing my mind about Cheddar and eBay - I have just had my third non-track despite jumping every hoop and I know other have had the same experience. Seems like their are still some glitches for them to iron out. So I wont be using them together until things improve.
    Seems to work fine with other retailers so far

          I could immediately withdraw the $70 + eBay cashback, which I did.

          I'm not planning on interacting with Cheddar in the near future after this experience.
