    Whenever I click on a website from Cheddar it forces me to click on a different cash back (8% for JD Sports). How can I make sure it goes on the $70 cash back?

      The $70 is bonus on top of whatever Cheddar is offering.

      Make sure you can see the $70 in your profile tho. If you clicked on any other sign on bonus like referral before the $70, then the referral would have activated first and you will not be eligible for the $70.

        I received notification in my Gmail promotion mailbox from Oz Hair Beauty.

        "CASHBACK INCOMING

        Your cashback from Oz Hair and Beauty has been approved and is now available to withdraw. Go get that Cheddar"

        However i did not receive an email regarding the $70 bonus cashback so i logged in on the app and saw i was able to withdraw $77+ funds

        Edit: Purchase was made 24/02/2023, Cashback $70 received 28/03/2023, withdrew and arrived to link bank account (Commbank) 28/03/2023 to give rough estimate, idea.

    I was a bit worried about using EBay with Cheddar, so I decided to make my EBay purchases through the Cheddar mobile app rather than on my laptop browser. Tracking occurred 12 hours later. I made sure to take screen shots just before and after the purchase in the app. Used a credit card to pay. Avoid gift cards with Cheddar as T&Cs say they aren’t allowed for Cashback.

        I don't have Ebay Plus, so I'm not sure. Definitely do not use promo codes as that seems to go against Cheddar's T&C's.

        One thing to note: From the Cheddar app, it kept opening my Ebay app on my iphone. My solution was to delete the Ebay app so that I could do it all within Cheddar. Once I was done, I re-downloaded the Ebay app again.

    This is my experience, hopefully can be helpful: Joined Cheddar through Ozbargain, actived $70 bonus first, a week later actived $25 bonus, they both showed up under my account total $95. Made purchase on eBay through Cheddar app , I am ebay plus member but did NOT use any coupon because its not listed on Cheddar, bought only one item over $70, didn't use steppay. Transaction didn't track after 10days. I have not clicked any other website , or use extension or use ads block etc. these things normally stop tracking. Then i contacted customer service, one day later the $70 bonus is in my account ready to withdraw, along with detailed email. Im very happy with the customer service fast response.
    The $25 is declined at same time, because its only one sign in bonus can be used, whichever is actived first. Check under your account you can see the activation date details. If the $25 actived first, then you only get $25, the $70 will be declined. Doesn't matter total bonus shows $95, you only get the amount you actived first, either $25 or $70. In my case, I get the $70 which was actived first.
    Purchase needs to be ONE ITEM only over $70, can not be multiple items adds up over $70 in one transaction. The $70 including tax.
    Being an ebay plus member or not doesn't affecting cashback, as long as don't use any ebay coupon code is fine. Please note the purchase of anual $49 ebay plus membership fee is ineligible for cashback.

      -ebay Purchase not tracked
      -contacted support on 11th day with Purchase screenshots:

      -received email next day with Cashback + $70 bonus approved and available to withdraw

      In my case:
      -used eBay plus account to purchase but no vouchers/no gift cards used
      -made 2 separate purchases >$73 combined($0 postage) from 2 different sellers but completed and paid in the ONE Transaction (took screenshots to show)

      Tracking isn't good for eBay purchases (I've only made 1 purchase so can't compare) but their customer service and response time has been good in my experience

          Based on what you said, I would expect it to be single transaction, not multiple to make it to the $70 threshold. As long as all items in that transaction are eligible for cashback and not from 0% categories.

              Was not tracked, but sent Cheddar support my screenshots.
              They manually added & I've since been paid out and withdrawn in bank account

    I registered for Cheddar to take advantage of the $70 sign up bonus.

    I then made an order >$70 on eBay (1.6% cashback) in order to "qualify" for the $70 sign up bonus.

    I made sure not to use any of the vouchers or discount codes as they generally don't qualify for cashback.

    It's been almost 10 days so I contacted Cheddar support - only to receive feedback that I used gift cards to pay for my ebay order, it disqualifies me!

    What the heck????

    I've always used gift cards when using Cashrewards or Shopback and never had a problem. On ShopBack it specifically says:

    Only purchases made through eBay Australia will earn Cashback. Cashback is valid when gift cards are used as a payment method

    Why is Cheddar any different???

    Looks like I can kiss the $70 cashback goodbye now!

    I won't be using Cheddar EVER again from now on!

        Yep - I am to blame. Still doesn’t make much sense why payment via gift cards isn’t allowed, when there is no problem with the other sites.

        I just assumed (falsely) that it would be the same. I always use gift card payment with purchases on Amazon as well on SB/CR and never had a problem.

        Isn’t it the retailer that makes the rules - so why would eBay allow gift card payment on SB and CR but not allow it on Cheddar?

        Or do Cheddar make the rules?

        My bad for not thinking ahead that Cheddar would have extra restrictions for the same retailer.

      It's nice to vent your spleen, I get it, but their site says that cashback is ineligible on purchases using gift cards.

      There's a bit of confusing/conflicting information on Cheddar to deal with - they are a LONG way from the surety of Cashrewards - but the gift card thing was clear in the description.

      As @kees said, who was the retailer? You’ll need to shed some more details then just “they declined my $70”. Maybe you purchased an item not valid for cashback? Didn’t spend $70 in one transaction? Maybe it was your fault and not cheddars?

    @getcheddarapp Hi I made a Cheddar account for myself and for my partner to take advantage of this deal. We each spent over $70 at adidas and my cashback finally got approved today, whereas my partner's one is showing declined or her account. The only reason I can think of why it may have been declined was because both our orders were done using the same adidas online account, and we share the same shipping address. I used my adidas account for both our orders to get free shipping, but our orders were each done using our own payment methods and under our own names. Should I have made a separate adidas account for the order under my partner's name to qualify? I sent an email to your support email, but maybe you could clarify :)

    tl;dr my cashback got approved, partner's one got rejected, we used my adidas account using my name for both orders for free delivery. pls explain

    6 items totalling just over $70 from Chemist Warehouse.

    My understanding would be in the event of the company shutting down, X15Ventures would be liable for any unpaid funds. This is due to Cheddar being a trading name for X15Ventures and they are both the same entity not seperate entities.

    CommBank however would not be held liable as they are a seperate entity to X15Ventures.

    Sorry to see them go, even though I was only an occasional user. All my transactions since the beginning were tracked and paid out.

    They got a few things wrong at launch, and they were always pushing uphill to compete with Cashrewards etc.

    I hope everyone is able to get their Pending Cashbacks honoured. And thanks to the rep on here for the work he/she has done for the community.

    Was surprised to get the email advising CHEDDAR is closing. Advice was to withdraw funds asap but before 31/8 but all my cashback and bonus $70 was not yet available for withdrawal. I wrote via the app yesterday and this morning my cashback was approved but not my bonus $70. Hopefully a company rep can advise if this will happen automatically. I sent an email as right now I cannot even log in to my account. Hopefully they will honour all our outstanding funds.

      Seems definitive from the email that they will honour bonuses, it's still early days so no cause for panic, but a quick resolution would be helpful so that we can all move on.

    Ok so my $70 bonus got approved but the app is still not letting me add bank details so I can withdraw the $75.

      Same here, otp expired
      Tried from pc but the bank acc is not saving
