How did you just have it for $2, and now it's $15? -.-

    http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/75686

    • The $2 offer was for a limited time.

The $15 offer is also for a limited time and offers such great value to the public.

You're posting on a community of 'Oz Bargainers' if we get a taste of your service for $2 that you offered on the same site you're now offering for 125% more 5 day's ago. You have no hope.

        • +5

It's actually 650% more, to be picky. Or 7.5x.

        • +2

          Seriously Rep??? Totally NO DEAL!!

        • +1

Greedy rep has raised the price for the exact same product and its not even a permanent offer…, WTF ??

"Should customers wish to continue after the initial 30 days, they will pay $40 per 30 day top up"

Same condition as before, on the $2 deal….

  • +3

Its gone up $13 in just 5 days!!?

  • Make it a 30-day Recharge Voucher and I'll think about it.

  • +2

C'mon rep, you can't just jump from $2 straight to $15, you gotta go in a logical way, like 2,4,8,16 :P

    • We do believe $15 is amazing for a sim card, delivery, connection & unlimited mobile usage however you may choose to look at it. I am sure you can agree.

      • Can I use it as a voucher for another month if I have already purchased the sim and 1 month unlimted in the previous deal?

        • +1

          Good idea ;)

"Available for new connections only" :(

  • -2

difference being $2 deal was only 2GB of data this is unlimited

    • That's not what I see on the page:

A Huge 2GB of Data to use Per Month

      • It is still 2GB

  • +2

I think since you can offer these for $2.00; Have an exclusive offer again for OzBargain for $2.00 :)

    • Hey I know what people, I'll sell mine, let's split the difference, ah $8.50, ok? Just kidding.

      • You should seriously consider this as well as the number of OzBargainers who purchased the $2 deal, if several OzBargainers put up their SIMs for $8.50 we can create a marketplace better than this non deal by the rep.

  • So this deal is…15bucks for 1st month and then $40 for every month thereafter? No thanks. Rather go Amaysim.

  • I still think that $15 for a month of unlimited is a good deal. I have been in this unlimited prepaid market for a long time and $15 is like once in while that would be offered, even with not-so-famous- brand. Considered that you are not bind by any contract, spend $15 a month for unlimited calls is a good deal, then switch to amaysim and the total cost is always cheaper than using amaysim from the beginning.

Still, one of the issues of having regular or heavy discount is that customers wont pay any higher or full price within a short time frame like this one. Good deal, but bad timing though, sure telecom!

    • Thanks for this. We appreciate your neutral view.

All customers that activate for the first time this month with the $2 and the $15 voucher will choose to stay with Sure Telecom. All will be revealed to Sure Telecom customers soon..

      • Will you offer us NBN next? :)

        • Of course, this is under development. But this is certainly not the reveil.

  • which network does it run on??

    • Optus

  • I agree - badly timed. Bought in already @2/15ths the price. then I'm off.

SureTelecom is one of the "watch out" Telefail company. They produce great deals (!)to mislead people. They don't follow the their contract as they please. In case you don't agree they punish you with huge fee (including when you get out of their contract). And don't go "direct debit", they charge money to you account without producing the bill. If you still want their deal google it before sign anything***

    • Certainly feel relieved my commitment with them begins/ends with $2, $2telecom.com

You have purchased a great $2 deal from us, have only ever had a good experience with Sure Telecom, never had a bad experience with Sure Telecom and you plan to leave Sure Telecom stating that you are glad you don't have commitment with us???

I would hope that you would at least wait until you used our service and got to know us before making a judgement like this.

        • Don't tell your customers what to think, let them decide for themselves.

      • ST, was merely reflecting on it is a churners market. If you've an ongoing deal, unlimited, half off, then I am tuned in. Maybe. This will depend on I like what I see in $2, and since it is now over to yours to deliver.

        • Thank you Daver. We will deliver and we trust that you will like our service. As I stated above, we just hope that you make a judgement on the service and your experience.
I am not telling you what to think, this should not be mistaken.

  • hmmmmm, interesting

  • Thank you for all of your comments here and it is clear now to Sure Telecom that consumers do not believe that $15 for Unlimited pre-paid mobile usage is a good deal. We have listened to your feedback and we will therefore be retracting the new offer within the next 1 hour.

Thank you to all the people who signed up to the $15 Offer, we have got your details now and to thank you even further, we will be sending to all $15 customers who signed up before this notice, their sim card and a $10 cheque enclosed to sweeten your deal.

    Thanks

    Sure Telecom
