    • +3

      Yes

      • OP just avin a larf

  • +3

Looks like regular price to me

  • Still a wonderful deal but I believe that it's not really discounted as I paid the same just few days ago. Definitely upvote. Thanks OP.

    • +11

$16/$14.40 last week, for those quick enough to get it.

      • +1

Only few stocks and I missed.

      • Fantastic price!

      • +1

I was lucky to get it
🐪 🐪 🐪 doesn't appear to track short flash sales
The $16 price history isn't showing

      • I was over all over this like **** on loo roll

  • +7

    regular Price

  • +3

Normal standard price so why post it here?

  • +6

    Normal price, no deal

  • +4

Yeah sorry OP, this is about the going price for these packs. There was a deal last week for the same but around $15.

  • +3

This is the normal (inflated) price

  • +4

Normal price… Not as desperate anymore. Will wait for better price

  • Thank you. Saved me pulling the trigger on regular price.

    • How I do cancel the S&S?

      • +1

go to your subscribe and save and cancel

Direct link. Then click the item, then cancel subscription.

        • +1

          Thanks hamza23!

  • +1

are the quilton rolls smaller than other brands? we seem to go through them a lot quicker than other brands

  • This is the normal price I would pay when my stock gets really low.

  • +1

”Another Toilet paper deal at Amazon”

Nope. This is the regular price.

  • +1

These are the worst quality, The tissue crumbles after one wipe. I would go for the 4 ply gold version. Pay a bit more but quality product.

    • +1

Agree. But it seems to only be the 45 and 48 pecks from Amazon to have gone downhill.
3 ply from Woolies/Coles still decent.

      • -1

I agree, the same 3 ply from Coles and Woolies are so much better. Not sure if the Amazon ones are made overseas?

    • You wipe more than once with a single amount of paper?

      • Wipe on.. buff off perhaps?

        • +1

Well we use the bidet, and with a hairy bum like mine, I would rather the toilet paper not curl up in my bum hair. I didn't want to put it like in my first comment but here we go. lol

  • -4

cosco toilet paper is cheaper lol

    • is cosco a new store ……..

      • +1

It's like a regular Costco, but they've run out of tea

  • Regular price, not deal.

  • -1

too many negs. this is currently the cheapest price for this brand of toilet paper.

    • have you searched harder ? Go to Costco (if you get the membership) and they are cheaper

      • i cant search costco i dont have memebership and cant buy from there unfortunately.
why dont you/people make a post for that then? then we all can neg this aye.

        • -1

          thanks for nothing aye

  • remember - the 45 pack comes as 5 x 9 packs (easier to store)
the 48 pack comes as 48 individual rolls within the one plastic outer wrapper

    • +3

But less plastic in the 48 pack. Without the plastic from the 5 inner packs.

    • 48 pack is better quality

      • I also find the 45 pack TP feels quite different to the 48 pack one. I even find the ones sold at Coles/Woolies are different compared to the 48 pack one. All are of the same brand and made in AU. Maybe it's just a me thing!

  • +6

Was $16 8 days ago. No deal

      • +9

        8 days vs 10 years
        Don't be a clown

        • -5

so when other people do that to me and link 3 year old deals for hardrives from here the get upvotes its ok? please

  • +3

    No deal here

  • +2

Same per roll price as the 45 pack which has the benefit of being made of 5 9-packs so easier to store.

  • I prefer the 45 pack. Btw it’s the regular price and it went up by at least 10% compare to last year.

  • At this point I hate how many Amazon cardboard box I have. That might be the only reason put me off buying another product if it’s not essential lol

    • No more cardboard boxes. Amazon has stopped packing well and using boxes. These rolls would arrive in their original plastic packaging. I would be hesitant to order fragile items from Amazon in future

      • yea they should be packed in boxes as it deters theft. now amazon is cheaping out and everything big is in open packaging and if a thief drives pass and needs some tp to wipe hes bum for sure stolen

      • +1

I received a hard drive once in a thin layer of bubble wrap in a satchel! Needless to say it was DOA. At some point they are going to realise that the cost of damaged fragile items returned is going to cost more than packing it properly.

  • HOLDING MINE for next DROP in price

  • This is the regular price, not a deal

  • -1

I personally feel 1 negative vote was enough.

  • -1

    Oz-backinstock

  • -1

    Normal price.

  • -5

Well, this is the response to all above (-) marks that most of them copied one comment to another, not original intellect thoughts.

Yes, this is not the best price ever but better than normal price at present. Lets say good price for people to save few bucks.
A bit smart ones could look at the camel camel com web site that would make some faces make red who claims this is a normal price. https://au.camelcamelcamel.com/product/B09T1F745V
Today's deal can not be a bad deal because last week (1/3/2023) deal was great $16 ($14.40 S&S), even excellent deal but lasted few minutes
Similar bargain $25.25 ($22.73 S&S) was here 26/1/2023 not given one negative marks and 102 people appreciated.

In summary; those negative marks only mislead genuine followers because they were lazy to search & investigate before copy someone else ideas

    • It's the same unit price as for the 45 pack (actually it's 0.7cents cheaper per roll but let's not quibble) but the 45 pack has 5x9 packs so it's got 2 protective plastic layers for transport and is easier to store once opened. I'd say the 45 pack is the better deal because of this.

Also per 3 camels it's been at this price for the last month other than the dip last week.

  • Sorry OP but this is a no deal as well from me.
Before shrinkflation hit 6 months ago, 48 pack was regularly $18 S&S and slowly crept up to $18.90 ish before it got jacked to $22+ S&S. 45 pack was a similar story but around $16 S&S before shrinkflation.

Price recently dropped for the 48 pack to $14.40 S&S so price drops are still possible. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/759804

    • +1

I must have missed the $18 S&S as all my Quilton 48 purchased last year (from April 2022) were $19.80 S&S

The recent flash sale of $16 ($14.40 S&S) sets a new standard which means that all toilet paper deals posted here would have to be close to that price

      • -1

as all my Quilton 48 purchased last year (from April 2022) were $19.80 S&S

Yeah maybe it crept up to $19.80 not $18.90 that I remember.
The thing is if you just keep your S&S it charges you something random at whatever the time it ships your upcoming delivery (it's not a locked or guaranteed price unless you cancel S&S and redo it at the lower price which is only then guaranteed for that single delivery). During last year I repeatedly cancelled and resubscribed to get the lower price on both 45 and 48 pack.

To be honest I think I was on the 45 pack for the first half of the year, and as soon as I saw the price creep up on the 45 I switched to the 48 to get better value.

      • -1

Alright I looked up my order history like you did and realized I hadn't switched over to the 48 pack when I originally remembered. And I associated the right price with the wrong sized pack.

So I had the numbers right, just the size of the pack wrong. Last year I had switched over to the 48 pack after the price became $18.90 S&S for the 45 pack, which lines up with you paying $19.80 for the 48 pack.
I also found out in 2021 I was only paying $14.40 S&S for the 45 pack. So I am sure that recent deal of $14.40 for the 48 pack is indeed the best price it has been per roll (and that should be the new standard).

        • +1

You are right about Quilton 48 at $14.40 being the best price.
However the price drop didn't register on CamelCamelCamel.

Next best prices posted on OzB were:

          Aug 2021 Quilton 48 $19 at Coles
          https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/646278

          Nov 2019 Quilton 48 $18 at Coles
          https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/493930

          Nov 2018 Quilton 48 $18 at Coles
          https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/414008

I've only bought Quilton 48 from Amazon last year. Don't remember seeing them at my local Coles before. Used to buy Sorbent Hypoallergenic and Quilton Hypoallergenic from Coles but the quality (esp Sorbent) has deteriorated and prices have increased.

          • @trixieb:

However the price drop didn't register on CamelCamelCamel.

Yeah honestly I have been using 3x Camels since before joining ozbargain, but I noticed recently the price history has been getting less and less reliable. I have checked multiple products which I definitely know the lowest drop for in the past with the correct link, and 3x Camels either won't show it or it will show absolutely no history with just a straight line and the current price.

            • +1

@harshbdmmaster718: That's disappointing about Camel. I'm new to Camel and tracked a different item last month. Wasn't notified of the price drop as Camel didn't know.

              • -1

@trixieb: Yeah I dunno what's going on. Either Amazon is actively silencing the price changes, or it's like a youtube ad blocking/video downloading deal where a list needs to be constantly updated to read the price changes and how often that is "up to date" depends on how often the 3x Camels website is being maintained.
