I was referring to how i should technically have a lower total price or the same price as @Charlieeee consideration my phone is valued at $20 while his is valued at $1. I think the system glitches depending on the order you put the codes in.
@Misogi Kumagawa: Yeah I had to remove and reapply some of the vouchers to get it to that price. Can vouch it's glitchy.

Happens to alot of my orders, they just show up in the app.
I think as long as the name + postal address you give to the seller, matches what you've set up on the auspost account, they will auto add it to your tracking list.

Hey guys, my order is s23 ultra lavender 256gb with buds 2 pro, i applied all the code and get total 983, without the buds it would be 883. I also use cheddar to track Cashback instead of ShopBack or Cashrewards cause I think those two wouldn’t confirm. I got 36 from cheddar plus 15 new user, so 51 in total. That brings my total downs to 832. Anyone want the refer can dm me to get code for extra cashback. Also I ordered on 23rd March and received the sms tracking from startrack on 28th March, hoping it would be delivered on Thursday. However on Samsung website it still says my order is awaiting to dispatch

Didn't receive a confirmation email and went back and forth with Samsung support for 2 weeks to finally get the order processed last night 9PM, 28/03 and received the Tax Invoice…

You're missing the $100 code for switching from IPhone.
You can get it to around $883 if you apply the vouchers correctly.
Mine was (1949-800-1)*0.9-100-50= $883.20
I don't see how yours is coming down to $1107.70 with the vouchers you've applied. If you've applied the $800 trade in, 10% loyalty voucher and $50 newsletter the price should come down to:
(1949-800-1)*0.9-50=$983.20
The above presumes a minimal $1 trade in value. If you're trading in something of more value it'll come even lower.
Then if you get the $100 voucher you can bring it further down to $883.20.

Awaiting dispatch implies your order has been picked and packaged and just needs to be collected by the courier. This part should not take more than 2 days. I don't think it is actually at that stage. They are lying. Also, outside of some items being out of stock, what's the rationale behind some people getting their phones within a day of when they ordered it while others wait 1+week for their order to be dispatched. Where's the customer delight in that?

On the way, and Startrack have now given me a tracking link.
They did try to forewarn everyone about their system upgrade which delays orders, with varying delivery windows for each state.
@Gnilgorf: That explains it. I've ordered from them before. Most of my orders came within 3 days. These longer wait times were bizarre.
Mine has been 'on the way' with the courier for 3 days supposedly and I haven't even received any tracking.
@devize: It wouldn't hurt to asked for a tracking number in this case. I don't mind the slow delivery. I simply hope my order does not get cancelled.
@Misogi Kumagawa: I've asked, Samsung support and logistics are useless. They say that the courier will provide the tracking to me, despite Samsung themselves always emailing a shipped notification email with tracking details in the past.
@devize: i ordered a watch 5 last year and i didn't get tracking details unless i checked the orders page. no email. i'm just waiting for awaiting dispatch to finally be replaced by on the way, surely auspost picks it up by now, it's almost been in awaiting dispatch stage for a week

@Misogi Kumagawa: Yes Startrak used to automatically generate the tracking numbers and they would appear in the AusPost app as soon as booked. That's not the case anymore it seems.
Support said they don't have a way to reach out to the courier to find out any tracking details, just that it would take 1-10 business days…
@Devgard there doesn't appear to be anywhere to check on the orders page for tracking either.

Except it takes 10 business days for an escalation… and the phone should be delivered within 10 business days… Kinda wish I just paid the extra and got on the Amazon sale yesterday.

Lucky enough for Startrack to put it on the Auspost system. Still a bit miffed I couldve scored it cheaper on the amazon deal, but it is what it is. And the panic of a dying phone didnt help.

When they changed it to "on the way", that was them booking the order but wasnt actually picked up yet. Still had to wait another day and half for that.
Thank goodness Startack / Auspost provided reasonable updates as soon as it was booked in. Then as soon as it was picked up, it was delivered next day.
