  • The unique Kogan Mobile voucher included as part of this product cannot be redeemed for cash. Voucher expires at 11:59pm AEDT on 30/06/2022. Recharge must be made before the voucher expiry date. Voucher does not apply to subsequent recharges. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers or promotional offers.

Also a number of users have reported problems deactivating autorecharge. ( although I was able to ask kogan CS to deactivate it on the 1st day service was activated)

    Apart from this.
Recently tried to activate a kogan sim, (Only gotten SIM SLOT EMPTY- LoL service activated etc). Never had such a faulty sim problem with any other sim company before, who's sim registers as SIM SLOT EMPTY.

Lucky I had spare boost laying around to get spare data.

Hopefully they gonna now send a good sim, otherwise will just ask for a refund LoL.

DO NOT GET THIS. Oh my god, the bloody issues I've had since getting on this plan. I'm moving to Woolies mobile now after 3 months of hell.

I have had 4 phones (family) on these plans for years and never had any problems.

    • Can you please explane what type of issues you have had?

      • Calls would get disconnected all the time.

        • Sounds like the places you had this problem were low to bad Vodafone reception areas.

As you would know, Telstra as well as Optus have certain bad/no reception areas too.

Kogan/Vodafone did not work out for you in your area.

          • @ozhunter68: Literally all over Melbourne, would happen non stop for 4 months.

@kubrikates: My parents and brothers are in melbourne and have been with Kogan for many years and haven't had much issues

  • Back to $180 now, even through the link, this needs to be closed/expired
