  This deal would be a bit more helpful/ transparent, if the dealer provided 3 or 4 reference prices, for the required accessories? Then we can get a rough idea of price variability.

  E.g 2011 camry, 2013 Impreza, 2015 Mazda 6, 2017 Prado.

    Mahmood, I thank you for the opportunity to defend ourselves on this matter. As stated in our emails to you, we're happy to refund you - there is no problem there at all. The complication with issuing a refund when you asked for it is that we've already dispatched your order and it's already on it's way to you. For us to refund, we'll need to wait for the item to be back with us and a refund will be happily given. We, and almost every business won't refund on a perfectly functioning item unless we have possession of it. Also, our dispatch can be quite quick, and as you already have your tracking and consignment information, it'd seem like this is the first time super-fast dispatch has bitten us.
