Applicants - Must be an Individual

    Good deal for Mark Jackson.

  • 5.44% without offset? thats a little steep

    • Yeah I ditched ANZ cos they weren’t competitive. A previous commenterclaims they got 4.97% with ANZ through a broker.

I have a feeling that the rates outlined by the previous commenter was provided to them prior to the March rate update from ANZ as 4.97% OO P&I is much below market rate at the moment. Lowest major bank is Westpac basic variable <70% LVR P&I OO 5.14% for reference.

        • Yes that's correct. The rate of 4.97% is before the March rate increase.

  • Bendigo has 4.97% with offset

Suncorp is 5.19% with offset and $3k cash back

    • Suncorp is 5.31% if you want offset. Back to basics rate (5.17%) is without offset, only redraw.

      • We offer both these products as well :)

  • Any cashback for Bendigo 4.97% with offset?

    • Unfortunately no, but there's some other options

St George- 5.24% for Owner Occupied + $4,000 cashback
Westpac- 5.14% variable rate for Owner Occupied up to $4000 cashback
Ubank- 5.24% variable rate for Owner Occupied up to $5000 cashback for Refinances + Purchase
      Westpac - 5.17% up to $4000 cashback

      • I was reading Ubank’s terms & I couldn’t see any restrictions to it being owner occupied… am I missing something?

        • Hi Glenr

The cashback is for both investment and occupied.

The rate was in reference to the rate (this is the rate for Owner occupied)

      • Which one has offset account ?

        • All of them have offset but offset usually is a higher rate than the redraw.

Happy to give you a quote

  • Anz's customer service is absolute garbage. Not worth the incentives.

When you keep hopping.. why bother with customer service

  • Just rang you, but couldn't get through. Emailed.

    • Thanks Jia, it was great speaking with you :)

  • Hi Wilson are you ghosting me despite the fact I tried calling you numerous times, and sent you emails to follow up the money you were supposed to compensate due to a messed up discharge.
