Purchased 3 in Oct 22, they were all 1.5L.
I was about to post this on OZb. I ordered yesterday, they came today. All 1.5litre.
And how does it look so? The title and the photo match.
And there's this Decor Vent & Seal Glass Oblong Food Container, 600ml Capacity at $5 (-46%, comparable to the 1.5 litre one) too.

Incorrect Amazon Inventory Label

At the time of writing, these units have the wrong label on them in Amazon's warehouse. They have been bubble-wrapped for protection, and Amazon's barcode label says 1.5L however, the product inside is 1.0L and is clearly marked that way by Decor.I've called customer service about this, and they've said they will report the issue, but I can't be sure when/if that will actually happen.
I still give the product 5 stars, because it's certainly not Decor's fault, and the product in question is excellent quality.

Happened to me multiple times. Bought what was advertised as a set of 10 paint brushes. Got one only which was reflective of the price I paid. I complained and they didn't understand what the problem was but then agreed to refund based on the condition of me returning the item. I also got them to resend and still only got 1. Was a complete hassle and waste of time
Amazon required the one note pad returned from this deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/756579 in order to receive a refund when they were supposed to send qty 10.
Find this type the worst where there's no lip on the container but heaps on the lid. At least something like Pyrex blue ones have tighter fitting lids. Only buy clip-ons personally now.
I don't know if it makes much of a difference but decor are borosilicate glass while Pyrex tends to be toughened glass.
I like the Lock and Lock glass one. They also have clips.
How do they make glass out of Seals?
I find the Decor Deluxe Clips range better than the Vent and Seal. The V&S ones do have a tendency to open up sometimes, so have to be extra careful with liquids.
Those Deluxe Clips ones used to be available at Woolies earlier and be at half price often but cant find them anymore.Alternatively, I find the Target ones with clips are not bad, pretty much equivalent and last well.

Made in USA ones on Amazon do not have great reviews, especially when they go in the oven
got a bunch during Coles sale
pain to clean under the lip on the lid but solid otherwise.The lids on these are terrible, they warp and dont seal. I regret ever buying them.
I've had no problems with the lids apart from one rarely popping up in the freezer, got a stack of these and used a lot over 2 or 3 years. The lids overall have lasted much better than blue Pyrex clip over ones.
Only wash on top shelf of dishwasher and remove before things get too hot in the microwave.
They're half price at Coles or Woolies every 6 weeks or so.

Looks like mismatched title and description in the Amazon listing hence the price. Could be only for a 1litre container. My recent experience means Amazon will ask for the item to be returned at your inconvenience. No free item.
