Hey all, back again with some more value to help celebrate 5 years of ShopBack, I know we always have something on the the Amazon wishlist so tick one of them off at 7pm to get yourself an extra $3 back. This Challenge can be accessed after 7pm in the "Earn More" tab of the ShopBack app.

Dates: 18th of April from 7pm until fully redeemed
Opt-In Cap: 3000

  2. Our Challenges can take up to 2 days to update on our system. It typically updates once our system re-syncs at 9am AEST.

  3. The Bonus will be credited to your account once your order moves from 'Pending' to 'Approved'.
    This means that the Bonus will not be visible under your 'Lifetime Earnings' until the order moves to 'Approved'.

  5. Once opted-in to this challenge, you can shop from any device you wish.

  • This challenge entitles you to $3 bonus cashback when you spend $30 or more in one or across multiple transactions (inclusive of GST, exclusive of delivery & all other fees) at Amazon Australia through ShopBack between 18th of April 2023 7:00pm AEST and 11:59pm AEST.
  • Only purchases made after you 'Start' this challenge will qualify for the bonus cashback.
  • Limited to one bonus per customer.
  • Available while opt-ins last.
  • The $3 bonus cashback is in addition to the regular cashback you'll receive shopping at Amazon Australia.
  • The $3 bonus will be added to your account once your regular cashback turns Confirmed.
  • Purchases that do not count towards this challenge are those in which do not meet the store's respective terms and conditions (including but not limited to cancellations, returns, exchanges, using unapproved coupons, purchasing excluded products/categories).
  • Cashback will be voided if any fraudulent activities are detected or if any terms and conditions are not met.
  • ShopBack reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions, and terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.

      Yep, that's all fine. It shouldn't invalidate the original Cashback, but even if it did, would still be fine to redeem the Bonus amount.

    Are the T's & C's correct ? This is a $3 Bonus Cashback on a $30 spend but the T's & C's refer to "This challenge entitles you to $5 bonus cashback when you spend $75 " ?

      0% on Amazon is fine for redeeming Challenge Bonuses, you won't earn Cashback on the purchase itself but it will be approved at $0 Cashback so the Bonus can still be applied.

    Changed the cap to Opt-Ins as Amazon tracking can take a minute to come through and don't want people opting in and purchasing but missing out on the Bonus.

    Does the bonus apply when buying items that has an Amazon promo like the following 2
    - "Buy 2, save 5%" - automatically applied no checkbox
    - or "Save more Apply $10 coupon " - have to tick checkbox.

      Yarp, if it's a coupon applied without a promo code shouldn't mean the Cashback tracks at $0. But even if it doesn't the Bonus will still apply, Amazon will approve Cashback at $0 and your Bonus will be approved as well.

      That's correct mate, Cashback can be earned on the ShopBack app buying gift cards there but not via the Amazon website.

    I used a credit card & a gift card to make the one purchase on Amazon. It seems that the seller has failed to finalise the transaction? Amazon has told me that my credit card has not been charged. Do they credit back to the gift card as well?

    I have multiple $0 cashback and bonuses showing from February. I lodged a ticket a month ago to have this looked at. Since then, I have enquired twice about progression and have been told there has been no movement. I have not heard anything for a fortnight. I have sent another email today asking for an update. Not a happy camper with ShopBack's service at all.

    I bought a 0% cash back item on the understanding that it would qualify for the bonus. It has tracked as 'calculating'. The bonus shows as 'we'll send you when cash back is confirmed'. Which doesn't sound like I'll get it ☹️
