Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 256GB $1049 Less Trade-in Value (with 40% off, $350 Bonus Trade-in Bonus, $100 Loyalty Voucher) @ Samsung

750

As the title says, there is currently a 40% discount of RRP at Samsung website.

256GB Fold 4 is $1,499.40 then you will get $350 bonus trade in value and ask via chat $100 loyalty voucher = $1,049 before the trade-in value of your phone.

I traded my S20+ 5G 128GB and in total I pay only $894.40.

I tried to stack it with the $50 newsletter voucher and in the cart it worked fine ($844.40) but as I was about to make a payment it reverted back to $894.40.

I confirmed with chat rep and they said the loyalty voucher cannot be stacked with newsletter voucher.

NOTE: I don't know why this offer is marked as targeted when its available to everyone. The 40% discount of RRP and $350 trade in bonus should be available to everyone without asking via chat. • @redwan010: Mine changed arrival date to the 19th as well and at “awaiting dispatch” and order can’t be canceled either

              • @Alp3r: I messaged the live chat, which were not particularly helpful.
The arrives on "xxx" date is essentially meaningless.
My order status shows "Awaiting Dispatch", they are not able to shed any further light beyond this status.

                • @slickvic: I’m on the same boat, at least it said in the begging that it’s meant to arrive on the “23 of may” but then changed to “19th of may” I hope it comes tomorrow, waited long enough, already made the second payment and the third is around the corner!

                  • @Alp3r: Its not coming tomorrow, otherwise you should have the tracking number by now

@redwan010: Update - mine just switched to "On the way" status, but the email notification I received says please allow up to 3 weeks.
                      No tracking information however.
Keeping the expectations low here, don't except it to arrive this week.

                      • @slickvic: Mine arrived today and I didn’t even get a tracking number LOL how inconvenient

                        • @Alp3r: Update - received tracking and received phone today! So those in similar boat, should be receiving theirs shortly!

                          • @slickvic: I want a tech21 clear case but it’s way too expensive usually they can go down to $10 once phone is in clearance

I ordered a burgundy one on 28 April. Status has been 'on the way' for 5 days now and the page still says arrives 19 may. Chat staff said the phone arrived in Australia on 13 may but couldn't they me anything more. It looks like the page is telling porky pies and we won't see it until we get a tracking number from startrack. I hate waiting like this but considering the discount I really can't complain. Had I paid $500 more on Amazon, I would have received it on 29 April. XD.

  • Just logged into Samsung to check on the status of my order. Still no tracking details provided yet. On the webpage it now states waiting dispatch and due date 19/5/23. But processing status bar still says Step 6 - On the way. Fingers crossed it's now moving closer to arriving for me and for everyone else too.

  • Same here.

  • is warranty from the day it arrives or from when you ordered it on the tax invoice?

    • +1

My understanding is that warranty is based on invoice date…not delivery date.

  • Just received tracking details for Burgundy 512GB. Ordered on 30/4. Arriving 23/5.

    Same here. Awesome

  • My burgundy device arrived right now @9:54am!!!

  • Received the phone today. but came in a package where no invoice and no return package for trade in device etc. do we receive desperately.anyone know?experience? just checking here before checking with samsung.

    • +1

I thought they send the return invoice online / email, print label, etc

      • Yup. True, I received the email just now to return the tradein device via austpost

        • -1

Are you actually going to trade in ?

  • Congrats on those that received their phones today. Was excited myself yesterday when i received tracking showing delivery was today 23rd. Just received an update that because i'm over here in WA i have to add at least another day to that delivery. Arrived at 7am into Perth but it will take them another day to process for delivery. So delivery update to 24th now…but based on Australia Post and WA it's likely to be 2 days. Australia Post in WA is shocking. Is everyone that opted for the Burgundy happy with the selection and phone

    • This may sound stupid but it’s the only reason why I upgraded from the zfold 3 phantom green (512gb as well), I honestly don’t think there will be a better new colour then burgundy, I was always a fan of rose gold / bronze colour phones esp that champagne colour iPhone 6s plus

  • Has anyone whose already received their phone and not returned their trade-in has been charged anything more than the trade-in value and $30/60 processing fee? Just want to make sure this time round nothing changed wrt to trade-ins and i can't be charged the $350 trade-in discount offered by Samsung?

    • “ Charges and Refunds
If your original device matches what you declared to us, we will process a refund of the Security Charge in full. If your original device does not match the condition you declared to us, we will contact you.
Please note, if we don't receive your device in the next 14 days, we will charge you a late return fee of up to $60, which is non-refundable.”

“Any additional Trade-Up bonuses from Samsung are not included in the value shown above.“

      • Thanks for clarifying. In the past using similar deals with Samsung, I've not returned the phone and only incurred the $60 fee.

        • I’d rather keep the phone too and pay for the $60 fee, so what do we do ignore and just pay for the fee or say the trade-in device has a smashed screen now?
