Good choice if the pricier TUF 7900 XT is not an option

    I guess according to https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-RX-7900-XT-vs-AMD-…

10% extra performance + extra 4gb VRAM, for an extra $140, wouldn't be 7900XT better choice?

    • and AVC enc.

better off taking out a load to get the 7900 XT instead.

Are we sure that Scorptec are participating in this new round of the last of us game code? (Btw your date is wrong, it's not April 15)

I've only seen the renewed ad on Umart/MSY pages.

I would say hodl for 7900XT as a much better choice for a little more, these 6950's chew power bad.

Stupid question: when installing card the fans and light show are facing below so how the hell are you supposed to enjoy the bloody thing. BTW this card sxc as fck.

    • Get a case that supports inverted motherboard orientation like the Be Quiet Silent Base 801. You could also get a universal vertical GPU mount.

    • +1

Regardless of orientation the fancy light show adds to the performance of the card and is a +5 points to the Flex attribute

    • Many cases support vertical GPU mounting with the use of a PCIe riser cable.
Also, a lot of SFF cases have the GPU positioned facing out.

Pay more and get the 7900 XT instead, unless you want to heat up your room this winter, as these things chew so much power and produced so much heat.
