I am not sure if this is targeted, because I have searched for this on google. I haven't received an email regarding this promotion and it says I am eligible.
You will have until 23 May 2023 to earn your code by listening to a full podcast episode on Amazon Music.
The code will be emailed to you within 7 days of your first stream and can be redeemed within 30 days of receipt against an eligible purchase of £20 or more.
*I am guessing they mean when you spend $20 or more
Terms and conditions
• Eligible Amazon Music customers who complete a podcast stream on Amazon Music between 10.00am on 2 May 2023 and 11.59pm on 23rd May 2023 will receive a $5 promotional code to redeem against a future qualified purchase on Amazon.com.au (the “Offer”).
• The Offer is valid only until 11.59pm on 23rd May 2023 or unless withdrawn earlier.
• If you qualify for the Offer, the promo code of $5 will be sent to you via email within 7 days from your first podcast stream on Amazon Music, and you can use it immediately for your next qualified purchase with a value of over $20 or more ("Minimum Purchase").
• The Offer only applies to eligible Amazon Music customers who have been invited by email or push notification from Amazon, or viewed on site marketing regarding the Offer and who have visited this landing page whilst logged into their Amazon account and also completed a podcast episode stream on Amazon Music using the same account before 11.59pm on 23 May 2023.
• This Offer cannot be transferred to another customer account.
• This Offer is only available to customers with an Amazon Music account (excludes free trials).
• Each eligible Amazon Music customer may claim a maximum of one Offer.
• The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion.
• The promotional code cannot be redeemed on items sold by Amazon sellers other than "Amazon AU" (e.g., the offer does not apply when the seller is "Amazon IT", "Amazon FR", etc.).
• The promotional code may be redeemed within 30 days of receipt.
• This promotional credit entitles you to $5 off a future purchase of “eligible items” shipped and sold by Amazon AU and will be automatically applied to your next purchase of eligible item(s). “Eligible items” excludes products sold by third party sellers including Amazon US and Amazon UK (Amazon Global Store) even if fulfilled by Amazon, digital purchases such as e-books, products that are not in new condition such as renewed products, subscriptions such as Prime Video and Audible, any gift cards and postage or delivery rates.
• The Offer is subject to a Minimum Purchase requirement (qualified purchase with a value of over $20 or more):
if you remove qualifying items from your Basket, so that the combined purchase value of the remaining qualifying items at checkout falls below the Minimum Purchase requirement, the Offer will cease to apply;
if you cancel your order for a qualifying item (so that the combined purchase value of the remaining qualifying items falls below the Minimum Purchase requirement), the Offer will cease to apply; and
if you return a qualifying item (so that the combined purchase value of the qualifying items you retain falls below the Minimum Purchase requirement), Amazon reserves the right to charge you (using the payment method you used for the original order and without further notice) for the discount you received as part of the Offer.

• Promotional codes have no cash redemption value and are not transferable or assignable.
• If you place an order using a promotional code and then return or cancel that order, the promotional code cannot be refunded or re-used.
