Spend $90 and Receive a $10 Voucher for eBay Plus members

Use of the Voucher

Voucher issue. If you meet all of the Conditions set out in clause 4 above, a Voucher will be issued to your eBay account on or around June 5 2023.
Voucher expiry. The Voucher is valid from the date of issue until 23:59 (AEST) 30 June 2023 (“Validity Period”).
Voucher Conditions. The Voucher entitles you to $10 off the pre-coupon purchase price of item(s) listed on eBay.com.au, except on the Excluded Items, with up to 10 items per transaction during the Validity Period.

“Excluded Items” means all items listed:

        For real? That was pretty much the only surefire way of making ebay plus worth it since you could use that code on almost everything while all the other ebay plus codes have too many exclusions.

          yeah i was getting it monthly but this month they just stop for some reason..
          still got the $5.00 off any Plus items but min spend is $50 and only ebay plus item
          so not as good and hardly use it.

          chased them up and they said they were going to look into it or something.

      Nup, called up. They saw they were missing.."will follow up"..never did.

      Returned a faulty item I bought with a ebay + voucher (wanted a replacement), they just made the seller give a refund..and kept the refund.

      "Will follow up" on that one as well… Nothing.

      Ebay have zero Fs..

      How long have we got to file a chargeback? Its been 9 months…they havent fullfilled their offer.

    short expiry, long list of exclusions, and if it's anything like all the previous similar promotions, these coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount coupons or cashbacks.

    Note seller requirements are updated, now demanding official ID verification.

    So if you haven't sold on eBay in a while, to make use of this offer you may be need to jump through some more hoops and hand over your full ID for the $10 coupon. That's on top of having to make a $90 spend.

    Also keep in mind the voucher will preclude any other coupons or discounts such as 10 or 20% off.
    Also it may not work on all items.

    I’m still annoyed about the Black Friday coupon that didn’t seem to work on anything

      I have both Amazon Prime and Ebay Plus and I get way more use out of Ebay. Say you're cancelling becuase its too expensive and they'll offer you a $30 voucher which means it costs $19 a year and for that you'll get at least one $5 voucher to use every month along with upsized discounts and free express shipping on certain items.

                They said:
                Please accept our apology for delay in receiving monthly coupon automatically and you have to put efforts to get this resolved.
                We never wanted this. However, due to some technical issue, the automatic process is not working for certain percentage of users. We would like to assure you that we are working on this and will be able to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                  @0li: Just contacted eBay support as they sent me an email last night saying that I'm not eligible for the $10 voucher as I did not receive the confirmation email. Called them again to explain that the reason why I'm calling is because I did not receive that confirmation email so how am I supposed to show you the confirmation email? I'm pretty peeved that their system did not send me that email and now it's my fault. They will escalate the issue again but no promises… pretty annoyed

    This is typical eBay Au -aka a joke dude, Dont believe on what they advertise. They will take forever to give you any entitled vouchers or discounts etc.

    Amazon is thus the way to go

      Truly very frustrating especially since it's an eBay plus offer and the whole idea of eBay plus is you also pay for better support. But when issues with offers go wrong they won't even try to fix it for you as you haven't met all the T&Cs. If I had known they were going to be so difficult I would have taken a screenshot of the accepted offer page

    I just contacted support and they said "Thank you for waiting. I have thoroughly verified the details and I am able to see that you need to wait for another 4-5 days and if you do not get the voucher, you can contact us back and we will escalte this issue for you."
    I received an email on the 27th of May titled "Attalisie, don't miss these deals!" and in it it said "You score a $10 voucher* with eBay Plus Simply activate this offer & shop $90+ by 31/5 to unlock."
