  For the sake of those who missed out, I recently tried Lotus Biscoff Crunchy spread for the first time and it was easily the most disappointing thing I have ever eaten. I did my research first and read all the rave reviews so was frothing with anticipation by the time it arrived. But it was the most sickly, sickly sweet thing I have ever eaten - sweeter than eating straight sugar. I found it inedible but used it as a sweetener for porridge to get rid of it

      Ate it straight from the jar, then tried toast, then dry bikkies, then mixed with peanut butter
      Although I'm fond of sweet things, I'm guessing my sweet tolerance is not as great as some. I'm just grateful I got it really cheap
