Samsung B-die is widely regarded as the best one for DDR4, but they cost a lot.
Micron E-die was/is generally a good cost effective alternative - second best option basically.
With 2 DIMMs, you generally can get DDR4-3600 with these (obviously relax the timing a bit) with "most" AMD boards. I wrote most because I used to have a weird AM4 motherboard that doesn't like E-die for some reason. Retailer let me returned that board. 4 DIMMs, depends on the board and CPU.
Overclock means manually setup the RAM timings (use Thaiphoon Burner to help you get the settings if you like).

If you are using XMP and happy with it, just leave it. Best to avoid upgrading older systems too much (not worth it). If you were to get this kit, you will have to use manual memory setting. If things don't work, you then need to figure out which pair of RAM modules are causing the issue. 64GB RAM is enough.
