  • I bought their last $20-for-"$500"-worth of stuff (and I bought this bundle too) - both of which were probably actually worth about a hunjie.

Given that I have the creative nous of the average Springbok prop, I'm far better off buying the output of 'creatives' than trying to make my own and ending up with something that looks like the (sound or visual) daubs of an insane mongoloid with audio-visual Tourette's.

Fact is, although I don't have any creativity, "creativity" per se is really abundant. I would rather outsource creativity and retain the ability to do calculus of variations and non-rudimentary statistical analysis (both of which are orders of magnitude rarer than the ability to make pretty things/sounds). Mentats are not creative, because creativity is not rare.

Also: anyone with half a brain joins the Envato marketplace and downloads the monthly freebies from each of the Envato siblings. That way you get the output of the creatives, for free.

That enables me to save all my money for sapho juice (or Sloe Gin). Or wine, if Dan Murphy is out of Sloe Gin.

    Thanks.

BTW http://envato.com/ is an Australian company!

  • I'm sure the developers will love this latest rape by Envato.

  • Leave the Springboks out of this
