      This is a meme right?

      • yeah he asks that about everything trying pan at local HN

    • +1

      Yes. Go buy one
You really need someone to tell you? How about you do your own research

    • +2

      No.

  • +2

Thank you. Was thinking about purchasing from a few places for $79 the last few days, and decided to jump on this.

    • +9

Glad the $2 saving pushed you over the line

      • +7

        I wish, only $1.78

        • Well, it's unlucky that you didn't pay ca$h,
otherwise that would have been rounded up.

  • Should i go with 2 of these drives or 1 2tb one? Just gonna use it for my pc for playing games nothing much.

    • +1

Kingston KC3000 2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD is a good pick for a gaming pc. 7000 mb/s read and write for $30 cheaper than the samsung 980 pro.
A little over kill for just gaming but who doesn't like faster loads?

      • +1

7,000 mb/s is fast. Surely there are bottle necks in the system to have this speed continually?

        • +1

It will most probably never be 7000 continous unless you are copying from one drive to other. But the good things with newer gen faster drives is the higher IOPS which will help fetch data much faster (hence random access read will be much faster as well).

    • +2

      That's a good question.

You could also buy the 2tb and partition it into 2 x 1tb drives. Haha.

      Soo may options.

    • +1

i recommend 1 2tb exclusively dedicated for games and 1 500gb that you should be able to get pretty cheap these days for the os for a total of not much more on top of the price of the 2tb alone

Will it work on my laptop Thanks

    HP ENVY x360 Convertible

    • +1

Open it up and look inside it mate - if it has an m.2 slot - your golden

      • Thanks

        • +1

Might be a sata port. No guarantee that it will work.

Frankly, you shouldn't expect someone else to do this sort of specific research for you, at least, not before you've tried yourself. Learn how to use Google.

  • Is this good to use for a NAS?

  • 4x of these on a Quad M.2 PCIe 4.0/3.0 X16 Expansion Card (PCIe Bifurcatin is Required on Motherboard)

cant wait to see the 4TB of total Speed running all these on 1 card 8000Mbps? so keen

  • +1

at Futu for same price here

    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/362393872817

    actually like 80c less

  • Amazing. It was $68.95 delivered express with Harris Technology only 3 weeks ago with that $20 off discount.
Wish I had bought 3 at that time.

  • Could I use this in my older Lenovo laptop. The current SSD is a regular size one - are the connections different?
