I know Chromebooks are very resource efficient (compared to Windows laptops anyway), but this is pretty ridiculous by today's standards:

    Processor: Intel Celeron N4020 (2C / 2T, 1.1 / 2.8GHz, 4MB)

This was a super low power CPU when it was released - way back in 2019. Do yourself a favour and don't contribute to the e-waste problem

    • Oh I had the quad core Pentium version of this CPU on Windows. Ran slow as hell. Dual cores would be even worse.

        Very cheap web browser though

Just checked and it has got a higher passmark score than the Chromebook I'm using every single day to browse the web. Should be fine for your average grandma to check email and the news etc.

    • You can also get stuff like Tiny11 and still get quite a lot of windows 11 features and run it with low specs

  • TN Screen

    Horrendous

  • Cel-er-on .. 😥 .. !!

  • I like the idea of getting one of these, thinking that technology has advanced in the last 6 years. I have a Jumper EZBook 3 from around 2017 but was surprised to discover that the specs are very similar (The EZbook even has a faster processor!). Main letdown of the Ezbook is the battery capacity is not great, and windows background processes are often slowing things down.
