          I’m not entirely sure, although someone recently told me they were able to use a physical Good Food gift card at a restaurant not listed on the Good Food website.

    Haven't checked this time but last time people were posting that using them for JB was only for instore use, so be warned.

      The TCN Her webpage currently lists JB Hi-Fi as an Instore & Online retailer, so you can currently use TCN Her gift cards instore or exchange a TCN Her gift card for a JB Hi-Fi gift card through the TCN website.

      The exchange option is usually only removed in the weeks leading up to Black Friday and is usually not restored until about mid-December.

      Having said that, JB Hi-Fi can have its exchange option removed at any time without warning… and actually, JB Hi-Fi could be removed from the TCN gift card scheme at any time without warning. Three participating retailers (Buy Aussie Now, Diesel, Temple & Webster) were removed from the TCN gift card scheme last year without any warning.

        Another thought is, for instance, 5 x 100$ swapped JB e-gift cards, can I merge them into a 500$ JB e-gift card?

          Yep.

          I find that redeeming a TCN (or Ultimate) gift card instore at JB Hi-Fi is as fast as redeeming a JB Hi-Fi gift card, so I find that going through the extra hassle of exchanging a TCN gift card for a JB Hi-Fi gift card is not worth it for instore purchases.

          However, if you are looking to make a purchase on the JB Hi-Fi website, then exchanging through the TCN website is definitely worth it.

          5 x 100$ swapped JB e-gift cards, can I merge them into a 500$ JB e-gift card?

          I don’t know if that is possible. I know that is against the JB Hi-Fi terms and conditions and was stopped around late 2020, but someone else said around the end of 2022 that you could purchase a JB Hi-Fi gift card on the JB Hi-Fi website by redeeming multiple JB Hi-Fi gift cards and one Ultimate gift card. I have no idea if that is true nowadays.

    Is there ever discounted Harvey Norman gift cards??

    It's just that one of my best friend's brothers worked at Harvey Norman for 10 years, so I'm probably going to get the sharpest price from him.

    When I bought my phone, I spoke to another guy and he actually said Harvey Norman's are individually owned so it's always best to shop around because a particular store might give you a sharper price.

      Yes, but they are not as easy to procure as other types of gift cards.

      Harvey Norman used to be sold at a discount on Reward Gateway, but it was removed around May 2022 (I think).

      Have a look at the discounted gift card wiki to see which portals are selling Harvey Norman gift cards at a discount.

      You could also exchange Prezzee multi-retailer gift cards (e.g. from this deal) for Harvey Norman gift cards.
