Trying to get a refund with Kogan "customer service" will be fun
I'm going to live dangerously and take the plunge. Hopefully covered by PayPal if I run into any major issues with Kogan, though that may be wishful thinking.
I had no problems getting refund on an Samsung Active Watch 2 after 7 months due to the watch broken down (stripes appearing on the screen). They wanted store credit but I insisted refund via original payment method (credit card) and I got it. Ended up buying the Watch 4 via Samsung Educational Store but that also ended up replaced by Samsung with Watch 5 after 14 months because of the screen.

Teach us your ways, I've never had this much success getting replacements/refunds.
I just politely pointed out that it is not legal to force refund in store credit and insisted on credit card refund. Just take a while as it's all via email.
They got the watch and told me store credit refund on 26/11/21, I prevailed with an email advising refund to my credit card on 01/12/21 and a couple days later it's in my card.
Kogan customer service is a deliberate scam. Ruslan Kogan can eat balls.

Kogan actually has been pretty good about refunds for me as long as I provide photos/videos with the fault. Had a faulty led strip light and inflatable kayak, refunded within 2 days.

This is the third "pricing error" from vchain in the last day. Hopefully Kogan stop enabling their sketchy bullshit, and PayPal notice the number of chargebacks and refunds.
Don’t waste your time on trying to get a refund through Kogan customer support team. Just open a PayPal dispute. I had to learn it the hard way with the Kogan First free trial required be “paid” $0 by credit card and Kogan for some reason sent me my ordered items twice and my credit card was charged twice. Contacted their customer support and they just messed around with me by asking different questions each time that I had to answer before further investigating the situation. Mind you those questions are stupid and you can tell they are just trying to waste your time until you give up.
For a sec I thought this one came with a stylus based on the thumbnail.

I just came from Xiaomi to Google Pixel (work paid for phone).
Experience with Pixel maybe a bit better, camera pretty good, but battery life is far inferior to Xiaomi.
