      a) 2 x $100 Ultimate Gift Cards from Coles + 15% bonus offer = $230. $300 - $30 = $270 - $30 bonus from gift card = $240 cost.

    Not the deal itself but the spec on this phone is a bit disappointing, especially on the video shooting department.
    My 2020 motorola mid range (one action) can shoot 4k on its main camera.

      I am not fond of 4k because it fills up the storage so fast. I can't see a difference on the screen anyways.

    I have one of these, it's nice and light, compact size ( by today's standards)
    But I find it often hangs and I have to wait a few seconds for everything to catch up.

        I'm an OzBargainer, until plans include 'unlimited data' along with the unlimited calls and txts, that's a very money-poor decision. I'd blow past my $9-6GB plan quickly, which I never do remote administering my server, surfing the net and sending messages (because my media is local :D)

    The Edge 30 series are great phones.

    The only criticism I have of their modifications to the stock android experience is that they have removed the Always On Display feature and replaced it with "Motorola Peek Display" which effectively only wakes the display when a notification comes in or you tap the phone. I miss just having the clock/notifications always shown on my previous Always On Display phones.

    As far as I understand, AOD is fine for OLED displays such as what are used in the Motorola Edge 30 lineup, so it bugs me that they forced this "feature".

    It doesnt accept the gift card number and pin of ULTIMATE GIFT FOR HIM as it says gift card number must be 18 digits and pin must be 4

      1. Get Ultimate Gift Card
      2. Buy JB Hi Fi Gift card online, using the ultimate gift card, and entering the gift card into the card payment (not the gift card payment method). Find the expiry date by checking balance here: https://myprepaidcentre.com.au/home (can only exchange 2 ultimate gift cards to jbhifi gift cards a day).
      3. Once you have got your JB Hi Fi Egift card that is sent to your email, you then go back to jbhifi, and enter in the gift cards into the gift card payment method, along with the coupon code for the 300/30 offer.

          So if you took advantage of the Coles gift card offer, you should have $115 on each gift card, you want to buy 1 x JB Hi Fi E gift card for $115 (nominate your own value), click delivery by email, and then add to cart, go through check out and when you get to payment area, enter the card details into the card payment area (find expiry by checking balance on link sent earlier, and then name for card is just your name). Then you repeat that process for the 2nd gift card. And then you will get emailed, the JB Hi Fi gift cards, you can use multiple of these to pay something online, you just enter them into the gift card payment area, like you were trying to do initially. You also enter the promo code you have. You will have a little bit to pay out of pocket. You also need to add something else to your cart to make the total transaction over $300 (I just got this https://www.jbhifi.com.au/products/cygnett-60ml-screen-clean… for $10).

          So the value of the JBHIFI gift card your buying is the value of the ultimate gift card your using. Ultimate gift card = $100, then jbhifi e gift card you select $100 value.
