          has to be paid direct via Westpac. If you use any other method (as you mentioned) it will not give you the 20% cashback

    Chemist warehouse almost never tracks for me, even when using the shopback browser extension.

      Tracks better on the app. I had to contact the rep when a few purchases didn't track even using the app.

    I did an order this morning that had to be cancelled as they didn't have the item in stock….it all tracked…normal cashback and bonus Westpac. I did a second order to collect at another store that had the item in stock. This time it only tracked the normal cashback…no sign of the westpac bonus….am I stuffed because of the first order? I thought these caps were per order unless it states per member? I wanted to do another order for another couple of items, but don't want to do it if I don't get the bonus cashback

      Hey mate, should definitely be per transaction, might just be slightly delayed coming through to you, sometimes the Westpac bonus can take 1-2 business days from time to time.

      At least 3 months or longer. I made several Chemist Warehouse purchases on 19 April in a similar deal. The regular 1% cashback was confirmed on 19 July. However the 20% Westpac bonus is still showing pending. It is best not to cancel the Westpac card until confirmed
