Looking for a low variable home loan interest rate with an offset account. Virgin Money is worth considering who charges $10pm for an offset facility.

Rates highlight:
Owner occupied P&I with comparison rate (CR) for loan over $500k
Standard Variable with offset 5.79% CR 5.94% at <=60% LVR
Standard Variable with offset 5.84% CR 5.99% at 60% to 80% LVR

Investment P&I with comparison rate (CR) for loan over $500k
Standard Variable with offset 5.94% CR 6.09% at <=60% LVR
Standard Variable with offset 6.04% CR 6.19% at 60% to 80% LVR

Investment Interest Only with comparison rate (CR) for loan over $500k
Standard Variable with offset 6.14% CR 6.17% at <=60% LVR
Standard Variable with offset 6.24% CR 6.27% at 60% to 80% LVR

  Given the lvr and loan size, no cash back and no offset - there are a lot better options in the market

        I applied online to contact me and told the person if you beat my current rate I’ll move. Ping me if you need the phone no of the person I dealt with.

        PS: there are no annual fee (no free credit card therefore) and $10 per month for Offset account.

          @skinny: Thanks message sent. I'm a first home buyer so it might not be better than TicToc but I might get $2000 cash making it a better deal. And the ANZ name I guess.

  Other brokers are offering 0.3% broker cash back while this deal only offers $500 and $1000.
