    Thanks, OP.
Congratulations! You got a $15 gift card from Mastercard.
Mastercard gave you $15 because you're an existing Prime member.

  • Can I get another $15 after redeemed with westpac?

    • Okay, seems not.

      • +1

With a new amazon prime account you can (email needs to be different).

  • +1

    $15 credit worked.
    Thanks!

  • +1

If you're done this before but have a new credit card, you need to use a new email address and also create a new amazon account.

  • +1

    Wow, $15
    Commbank, worked.
    Ty OP

    • Debit card?

      • Yes

  • Nice 3 months of prime, thx OP

  • +1

Oh damn, thanks, got my $15 from commbank

  • Got the offer on 2x new CBA card, but could only redeemed 1 offer it seems

    • New card, new account 👍🏼

  • +1

    Thanks OP.

I already have Amazon Prime, but when I add my existing email and details, it takes me to Amazon asking me to create a new account. If I try to register with my existing account, I get the error: You indicated you are a new customer, but an account already exists with the e-mail.

Is there a way I can get the $15 credit without me having to create a new account?

    • When it took me to Amazon page, I scrolled down and there was an option to sign in to existing account. Once signed in, I got $15 credit.

      • I get this:
"You are currently on a Prime free trial. Continue with activation?
After activation, your Prime free trial will end and your Prime membership will be managed by Mastercard."

If it cancels the free trial, then am I about to be charged for Prime?

        • Seems a bit confusing in the sense that will it end the trial “now” and charge your Mastercard or if the trial will continue until it expires and then charge your Mastercard at that point in time.

Sorry that’s not the situation with me so I am not sure how this will work out with your trail.

          • @ozioziozi: Pretty sure I did this before and even if the trial continues - you are screwed because you can't cancel. It's now managed by Mastercard and not Amazon. When this happened to me before I had to close my Amazon account (to avoid being charged). Guess I could have cancelled the card.

            • +1

@theredrabitt: If that helps, I added Mastercard to claim $15 and immediately after that I removed the Mastercard from the payment methods so it’s now back to what I originally used.

Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum quantity of 1 allowed for this product

I can't recall getting this credit before, or maybe I have years ago.. already on a 12 month subscription for Prime.

Anyway great deal if it works for you.

    • +1

you can only apply for this offer once per lifetime on your Amazon account. If you have applied before you will get that error message. (Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum quantity of 1 allowed for this product)

      • So you can only have this offer ONCE ever on your Amazon account? I have multiple cards eligible for the offer but only one Amazon account.

    • +1

same here, I don't recall I got this deal before…

Is your card locked? Go to the app and check to see if anything is locked.
It needs to be unlocked before it works.

    • Same here. I have already unlocked the card.

    • This happened to me last time when i signed up for prime right before trying to claim the offer

  • Commbank Mastercard, existing Prime membership.

$15 gift card applied to my account, thanks OP

    Thank you OP.

I also got this in my email - Thank you for signing up to Amazon Prime. A credit has been applied to your account, entitling you to purchase an Echo Pop for $20 (RRP $79).

    Good one.

It has worked with my CBA debit card. I got $15 added to my Amazon account. Thanks OP

  • So if I start a 30-day free trial and continue with a paid subscription the next month, then redeem this offer, I can get 2 month free amazon premium + $5? Seems not so good as 4 month (trial + this offer) though lol

  • Ugh card has already redeemed this offer

Shame I used the card when it was just renewed, lesson learned use your old card first then activate the new card

  • +2

The offer is valid for redemption until 31.10.23 and is redeemable once per customer during the offer period

  • Seems like a good phishing link to me….jokes but could be

  • Recently had my bank send me a new card with a new number/expiry date etc because I used my old card on websites I wasn't sure I could fully trust. Will I be able to do another 3 months free with my new card?

    • +1

you cannot use this offer multiple times on the same Amazon account. Once you've gotten your 3 months you can't get another, you'll get this message: (Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum quantity of 1 allowed for this product). You'll have to redeem it on a different Amz acc.

      • I think creating a new amazon acc would be fine. Thanks

  • So you can only have this offer ONCE ever on your Amazon account? I have multiple cards eligible for the offer but only one Amazon account.

  • Glad I found this deal, my amazon prime expired earlier today.

  • Keep getting an error for comm bank card eligibility check
