    OP I get a domain error whenever I click your link to the 70 countries. Bizarrely, when I click 'Go to Deal' on the OzB post, that page has what looks like a tab/button/link for the '70 countries included' … but actually it's just a pic! LOL.

    Used 2x gmail and 1x hotmail account
    Had to force close the app a few times and then click the link again for the bonus data to appear

    Only showing as 100MB even though done multiple times as the OP says using a Hotmail address. No idea how it’s working for others but there you go.

    I also have only gotten 100mb. Try logging out, deleting app and clicking the ‘download DENT’ several times but no luck. Error says ‘can’t be referred as already have account with DENT’.

    I have the 3.1gb showing in my account, but can't seem to install the esim. When i try it this error keeps coming up: "setup failed, something went wrong with installing your esim…"

      Did you follow the instructions and download the app via your phone? I did it incorrectly at first - went to play store and downloaded that way and only got 0.1GB. Then I uninstalled the app, clicked through using a browser link to download the app and soon after had 3.1GB. Cheers.

        Yeah i got the prompt multiple times on my s21+ and then i press add free 3gb and it says "something went wrong" repeatedly

          Of the 3 accounts i made of which only one had 3GB. All 3 esims install fine in the end. Though i did see the error you got. Tried again and it worked.

    Tried yesterday across 3 devices and could not get the 3gb. Even had the 3g promo banner popup on the app on both devices but nothing there.

    Can anyone confirm if this is still working for new sign-ups? Also, it looks like the 100MB has a 1 week expiry in OP's screenshot, is that the case? There's a lot of contradictory reports above. From what I can gather, I should not sign in with Google and instead create a Dent account with my Gmail address?

    Just as an FYI, this deal was only valid for Bunq customers which is a German bank. I tried using the free deal in Taipei today, and my 3gb package disappeared with support asking me to proof that I got the deal through bunq

    Wow what a terrible experience to get this going in America.

    Wouldn't establish a data connection when I turned on the sim (despite connecting to the network - as in didn't show 3G/4G/LTE/5G).

    After buying some Red Bull data to get me through the first day, I've finally figured out the ridiculous convoluted method to fix it.

    On iPhone,
    Settings, mobile, select the Dent eSim
    Voice and data -> set to 3G
    After it connects to Dent (pull down control panel to see),
    SIM Applications, DMI, Settings, Profile. Select the one that starts with 26003. It should change to something like: 2* 26003xxxxxxxxx
    Get out of SIM Applications - it might pop up the weird menu a few times while trying.
    Now finally change Voice and Data to LTE (no 5G in the states).

    For what it's worth, I didn't lose my 3GB data pack. Also it automatically connected to 5G while I was in Australia still

    In malaysia now as im typing this. Quality esim. Just switched it on and started to work. Bit patchy in the rural areas otherwise fine

      Update. Out of the 3 esims. Only 1 worked. It was the sim i tested in Australia first. The other 2 just dont connect to the internet
      Also this dent network is terrible, works one minute then doesnt work, have to use aeroplane mode to get it to work. Very hard to use the 3gb

    I've activated this but does not seem to work… I'm in Jakarta.

    It says active on dent app, but when I switch off my wifi it didn't do anything… always complain with "No internet. The internet connection appears to be offline"
