So what you need to do to get the best bang for the buck is to activate it with the $29 Plan and then downgrade to the $19 Plan, in your 3rd month, $2 will be debited from your PayPal/card.

So For $22+$2= $24, you get 3 months!

      Okay, it looks like "new" people can only go $29 plan and up, no choice for $19 plan — can the $29 plan still be downgraded to the $19 plan?

        You can go up or down from $29, it's just that you can't commence on $19 in the first instance, only transfer to it. By the way, I'm getting good 5G, not merely 4G as OP suggests.

          The basic plan used to cost $10, then $15, now $19
