I was viewing the last IdeaPad Flex deal:

But the 8GB ram was a dealbreaker.

While browsing, I noticed a link to a very similar laptop, for only slightly more money, but it included 16GB ram, and instead had a 16" screen.

There is also the CR deal, which may provide more of a discount than this code, as I assume they are not stackable:

"Cashback is eligible on codes generated by Lenovo on its website, even though they may not be listed on Cashrewards, provided last click before purchase is from Cashrewards."

  • Good value. Having said that, CPU, screen and battery are all are bit under-specified. Still, for the money, pretty good.

    • i thought 13th gen cpu is much much better than the 12th ? or depending the i number?

      • Not really. 12th gen and 13th gen are pretty close performance wise. Still a pretty decent performance boost but if you actually want a beefy CPU you’d look at AMD’s options instead.

        • Unfortunately the architecture is the same, so a lot of the performance uplift comes at the cost of power I think (go confirm if you're buying!)

Intel desperately needs to get "Intel 4" out the door early next year.

  • Dadpad

  • Tiny battery for a 16" laptop

  • Note:

1 USB C / TB4 port only in this time and age is pretty bad.
    Power connector old round type

Ah not chargeable by usb c.. pass

      • It's Thunderbolt 4, so it can charge, output video, data transfer, etc.

Pretty sure it can, anyway. Can someone confirm?

  • This, or the cheaper AMD version? Flex 5 AMD

    • Good spot! I was about to pull the trigger on this, and now you have me doing some more research.

      • Can it play Crysis?

  • Can you use the HDMI and USB C as multiple output on different screens?
