      Hey mate, I'm having a look into this now but it looks like it may be a typo on the banner and the minimum spend is actually $20 - checking in with the team to confirm but that's what it looks like from what I can tell. From what I can see, the Challenge also still has redemptions available so shouldn't be sold out, but doing my best to get a better understanding of what's happened here and will update ASAP.

      You always have to wait a 90 day period for cashback.

      In my experience you will get the money no worries.

      Always use the app to make purchases rather than a browser. I have never had any purchases within their app not track.

    To counter the valid negs: my cashback and bonus tracked correctly (in fact it was 10% on full price, so including GST) for BWS via ShopBack from the Aug 17 deal. I also have to wait until December for it to change from “pending” to “confirmed” as that’s the standard 120 days set by BWS.

    I used the ShopBack app and stayed within the inbuilt mobile browser.

    With all of the reports of previous non tracking, I decided to check my last order.

    My last order had tracked with $38.10 regular ShopBack & $14.11 WBC Bonus
    Today, the regular ShopBack is showing as "Calculating" and WBC Bonus is $0

    I raised with CSR who will escalate, which may take up to 14 days.

    Doing that thing where it just hangs after the order. The confirmation email comes in but in my experience when you don't get the 'thank you' screen then it won't track.

    BWS is the worst.

    That will be 3 from 4 across both SB and CR not working for BWS.

    the website isnt working whenever i finish ordering, It gets stuck on loading for order confirmation stuck on loading for ages. From past experience it wont track so gonna cancel that order. Gonna stick to the phone.
