  never had a dryer so maybe a silly question… does the dryer and washer size have to be same or should the dryer size be slightly bigger?

    Theres no right answer to this question but consider
    - if you fill a dryer with as much clothing as will fit you will get more creases and perhaps wet patches/uneven drying, so it is not ideal
    - running a 10kg dryer once is always going to be more energy efficient than running a smaller dryer twice.

    You should get the largest you can afford that is priced reasonably, usually the value drops off around the 8kg models. This looks like a good deal.

    Dryers by default have a bigger drum. A washer drum is normally 60 lts whereas a dryer drum is about 130 lts. 10kg washers and same for dryers drums go to 80 lts and dryer 150+lts. The bigger the dryer drum the better the clothes will aerate.
