  • $167 a few months ago. With china going into the toilet ( 1 billion less customers ).. Prices on PC parts are going to keep falling. The rest of the worst isnt doing that great either.. if you cant eat or drink it.. its value is going to drop

i just saw a review of Lexar ARES 4T against the 980pro, for almost half the price with same capacity and similar performance, it is insane how cheap chinese yet still reputable brand can get.

Might buy 4TB at this price…

Congrats on the first post my guy!

  • Is there a way to move the games in my 1TB SSD to a new 2TB one without using PS5's internal storage? Basically, the question is can I upgrade my existing PS5 NVMe from 1TB to 2TB?

    • +1

Did you try and google search? I'm sure theres like 100 videos on youtube showing you how

Get an external USB, format it for PS and move them there temporarily. Swap out NVMe and then copy them back off the USB. You can store PS5 games on a USB drive, you just can not launch them.

  • How to know if this has chip on one side or both

    • It is one sided.

Source: I have it. Bought it in Sep'21. Didn't realise back then that it won't fit my miniPC with the heatsink, so had to take the heatsink off. So unless Samsung has changed something since then, it should be one sided.

  • Obligatory comment on this to let people who don’t know that Samsung Australia will not honor any warranty on this. The will only honor it if purchased directly from an Australian re/e-tailer.
