I believe this deal has been out for a while but seems to be no one has posted it. There is also a similar offer for the same timeframe but requires minimum spend $75 in Tech ($15 voucher on $150 Min spend instead), it appears that these offers do not require activations.

Acceptance. By using or attempting to use the redemption code for this offer, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
Offer Period. The offer will only be available from 00:01 (AEST) on 1 September 2023 until 23:59 (AEST) on 30 September 2023 (“Offer Period”). eBay reserves the right to cancel the offer at any time.

Eligibility. This offer is only available to users registered on eBay.com.au with a current eBay Plus membership (“Eligible Users”).
Conditions. This offer entitles Eligible Users to an eBay voucher valued at $20 (“Voucher”) when they:
spend $75 or more post any discounts (excluding postage costs) (“Minimum Spend”), in one or more transactions on Eligible Items using their eBay account during the Offer Period; and maintain their eBay Plus membership.
A limit of 1 Voucher per person applies. If any of the Eligible Items purchased during this period is refunded, purchased prior to accepting the offer, or while not holding a current and valid eBay Plus membership, it will not count towards the Minimum Spend.

eBay Plus Terms and Conditions will apply when you accept the offer and sign up for an eBay Plus membership.

Use of the Voucher
Voucher issue. If you meet all of the Conditions set out in clause 4 above, a Voucher will be issued to your eBay account on or around 12 October 2023.
Voucher expiry. The Voucher is valid from the date of issue until 23:59 (AEST) 31 December 2023 (“Validity Period”).
Voucher Conditions. The Voucher entitles you to $20 off the pre-coupon purchase price when you spend $200 or more (excluding postage costs) on Eligible item(s) listed on eBay.com.au, during the Validity Period. You may purchase up to 10 items per transaction.
“Eligible Item(s) ” means items listed on eBay.com.au where a link to these terms and conditions and the coupon redemption code that is displayed in your "My eBay" is found in the item listing.
Redemption. To redeem the Voucher, enter the code displayed in your ”My eBay” page into the redemption code box during the checkout process. The code cannot be used in conjunction with any other eBay offer, coupon or voucher. You can only use the code once during the Validity Period. The code is provided to you as an eBay User and the limitations on its usage apply on that basis even though you may have registered a number of different eBay User IDs.

    So I need to spend $75 to get this voucher, and spend another $200 to use this voucher. that is $20 off for $275 spending?

      Yes, or if you can spend $150 to get $35 vouchers, so then it is more like a $35 off on a $350 spending.

      Also, most of the time the voucher cannot be used even if your item is $200 or more. Only "select items" on eBay are eligible.

    Need to add the fact you will be expected to chase ebay for a couple of weeks to get your voucher - and they claim its a technical issue that support folk you speak to can't fix.

      I ended up with 2 $20 vouchers from 2 previous deals no problems… in fact I didn’t even know they were there until I logged in to my account in a browser rather than just the app… they expire in a couple days though & nothing to buy hah

      The vouchers for keeping or signing up to eBay plus on the other hand… I’ve always had to chance them up.

    I had a few of these vouchers from a few months back, it was a struggle to use them as the voucher could only be redeemed towards certain ebay plus items + Min Spend and not all the items could be used to redeem them I still have a 2x $20 vouchers. 🤷

    The additional minimum spend always kills these vouchers. They're not worth the paper they're printed on.

    Seems a bit late, but I think I've already spent atleast this much this month..

    Edit: In the last 9 days I've spent $365 alone, most of that on the AF1 x Supremes.
