As good as it gets currently, I spend hundreds a month on Amazon and the $2 cashback in $20 gift card doesn't cut it.

    • I spend hundreds a month on Amazon

Me too. Getting $500 worth is a no brainer. It's a free $20. Getting $1,000 worth probably makes sense if you have the cashflow.

How many times can you get the promo credit? Nothing stated in the T&C's.

    • I think I recall reading you can use it multiple times. There was a banner I clicked on the the gift card section.

I don’t recall seeing anything after I applied the code myself, hopefully it worked

Tip: I was going to buy a $500 and applied code GIFT500. Then I changed my mind and went for $1,000 with code GIFT1000.
30 minutes later, received a call from Amazon to verify it was really me who made the purchase. 10 minutes later, I received several emails, including one approving my $20 credit for code GIFT500 and another approving my $40 credit for code GIFT1000. I am imagining that when you apply the code, it queues it up for support staff to approve, and in my case they simply approved both without thinking too much. It's possible that adding every code equal to or below your gift card purchase will result in lots of credit. YMMV.

Thanks for the tip! I was able to stack all of the codes to receive $100 in promo credit on a single $1000 gift card purchase.

      • thank you guys

    • Cheers bud! 🍺

  • I tried to purchase a $500, waited almost 4 hours - it was stuck on verification with my bank I think. Ended up cancelling it cause I wanted to buy the LG monitor posted here earlier before it goes back up in price.

Normally when I make large purchases I'm given a verification window for 2FA to complete it but didn't get it this time for the gift card. Guessing it had something to do with the delay if people are getting theirs quicker. Oh well missed out on $20.

    • Amazon personally called me for mine. The call came from a 1800 number.

      • Did you purchase yours during business hours? I think my purchase was around 8pm

        • 7:30 PM

  • How many times the promo code can be used?

  • Can I buy eight x $250 of these and then use eight to purchase one thing as soon as they arrive?

  • GIFT500 and above say code not valid. Linked page only shows GIFT250 code - have they removed the higher tiers?
