  And for US$2.99, you are definitely not offering unlimited storage. Not a chance in hell. There'll be a fair use policy buried in the T&C's which will limit it to some mythical number, which you won't tell anyone.

      And what does that even mean? I mean, all websites include the downloading of video, audio, or other files in some form or other.

      Even so, I'd put money on them shutting down a site that served mostly text, like an OzBargain or a Whirlpool.

      Of course, all these cheap companies bury this in their T&C's because they know if they are honest, people will go elsewhere.
