  • Great find.

Looking for a phone for my elderly (fairly tech-savvy) father. If anyone has any other recommendations for a sub $400 phone, please be sure to let me know.

Try to find something with 6gb RAM minimum. I think you can get a Refurb TCL 20 Pro 5G for about the same price. Just make sure to debloat it

      • TCL 20 Pro has no update anymore. It is better to get a phone with proper update. Wait for Samsung A34 to go on sale, you should be able to get it close to $400. It has Samsung OLED, 3 OS updates, FHD, 6GB RAM, even IP67 (water resistance) rating….If your folks decided to upgrade in a couple of years, you can trade-in through JB or Samsung and recoup all the price differences too (vs no trade in value for Motorola G series or TCL)

  • Possibly the same phone but locked to Telstra (good if you are with Telstra already) for $239 at Bing Lee + post.

  • got some 15 percent off cards to use yayyy

every 2 weeks there are Moto deals, wait for an Edge 30 Neo for sub $300 or get the G82 for $349

    • +1

Edge 30 Neo and G82 are not eSIM compatible for those requiring it

  • I have had this phone for a while and it is very slow. Opening apps and jumping between things, it is just really slow. It looks good, screen is good, camera is fine…but it is just soooo slow.

Shame its only 4gb, 6gb would of made it a buy.

  • Does it mean that Moto g54 is launching soon?
