    Honestly, these don't help much. These just kinda vacuum your skin. Even though the suction power is huge, not much (e.g. blackheads) are really coming out.

      Suction is not the primary mode how these things operate, it is there to suck the dead skin cells lifted/scrubbed by the diamond tipped device head - this diamond tip acts a fine sanding paper on your skin
