This is a targeted deal for people who have received a bonus $200 trade-in voucher for the tab S9 FE. My final checkout is based on a trade-in value of $1.

Deals stacked: EDU pricing, $100 bonus on trade-in, $200 bonus on trade-in(voucher), $99 Buds FE when added with the Tab S9 FE, $50 instant e-voucher with buds

I wasn't able to stack any vouchers, including newsletter.

Follow the steps to obtain all free/discounted items:

  1. This has to be your first purchase via the Samsung Shop app
  2. Switch to Samsung Education in-app menu
  3. Add the tab $599.20, trade-in item (-$101, assuming trade-in item value is $1) and the targetted coupon (-$200), bringing it to $298.20

    It is listed at $159.20, but $99 will kick in once added to the cart ($99 when purchasing with the tab)
  5. On your way, upon adding the buds, it will offer you an instant $50 e-voucher to spend on accessories; add the SmartTag2 (you can add something else as well, eg chargers, FE covers etc.). This will take $50 instantly, making it free in my case, as I wanted the tag.

    Bought! Thanks OP, I went through standard store and it took several tries to get the newsletter voucher to actually work, also $11 rewards credit, so my final price was ~$291, totally worth the effort!

        Its the newsletter voucher, just make sure you sign up with the same email you are purchasing with or it won't work.

    Messaged samsung cause i still havent gotten my hands on a code, they replied with to get the marketing email you needed to fulfil some random criteria.

    No idea what you needed to do to recieve it, but i did manage to get the s23 fe code.( not that im going to use it)

      Idk about the criteria. I have 3 accou ts:
      1. platinum reward status with over 10k purchase
      2. Account with devices linked to, no purchase
      3. Account with no purchase

      I kind of meet criteria across different accounts lol still no code doe the s23.

      As far am I'm aware, you cannot request the additional $200 trade-in bonus code from Samsung. You have to be randomly sent the email.

    Just an FYI
    I gave up on the trade in bonus when i found out they want you to send a picture of the back and front of your driver's license to Asurian.
    Other options are passport and whatever a "australian keypass ID" is.
    I don't think the $100 saving (wihtout coupon) was enough to leave ID like that with some randos to be data leaked inevitably but if it was with the $200 coupon i probably would have taken that.
    The Tab s9 FE + free case came to $539.28 with just the education store and first shop app purchase discounts.

      It's a standard practice when you sell anything second hand, if you sell to something like a pawn shop, mobile monster or any registered company, they till take a copy of your ID

    Bought 256gb version which I think worth it for extra ram and storage, didn't need the buds so just tablet and free cover case. After getting the $100 bonus + $200 discount voucher + 10% first purchase + reward credit, decent price. Couldnt get the $50 newsletter code to work, but overall, good deal!

    received the pack yesterday. great tablet! and buds have better sound than buds2

    tried smart tag for tracking the car, works great, too

    solid deal for what I ended up paying after loyalty points (around $260)

    was using regular store, and stacked with loyalty points and newsletter voucher.

        It was a good deal for my as my son's 16th birthday is coming up and wanted to replace his galaxy buds. So having galaxy buds fe @ $83 really sold me getting an additional tablet.

    First time trying the trade in hack. I got the samsung trade up app, it only lets you select audio devices from apple/google/samsung etc. theres no option for others. I put through my details as google galaxy buds, went through everything and got a value of $1 + a tradeinId instatnly in the app. Then I went back to the samsung store to buy the s9 tablet and when I put in the tradeinId number I only got a $1 discount.

    Question 1: Do I have to wait for an email or something with the extra $200 off?
    Question 2: I dont actually have google buds, I have some redmi buds 3 to send in, will they care or will they charge me $200?
    Question 3: does anybody have a code that I could use please and thank you?

      1. It should be instant. You will pay the reduced price of $1 + Bonus trade in depending on what offer you are using. Standard trade in bonus in edu store is $100, bonus $200 on top of that is using the targetted code.
      2. If you send a different item they will charge you uoti $60, but if you don't send anything in they will still charge you 60.
        They won't take the bonus trade in amount. I have done it twice in the last 2 years for both ultras, and nothing so far.
      3. Go to the megatgread to request.
