  • I purchased a fold 5 but just realised I chose wrong model phone for trade in, chose A22 instead of A20. I selected broken screen so it was only $1 anyway but it gave me the bonus. Will phone be accepted or should I just not send?

          I reckon no. They might say wrong model and charge the tradein value, then give you significantly lower revalue of the wrong device

          But your decision

        • I did many trade in where i did not return the device and if your lucky they don't even charge your non return fee*, but this was back in the S21 day…so your mostly get charged the (*Non-Return Administration Fee means a $60 administration fee which will be charged by. Asurion).

          Up to you if you think A20 worth more than $61+ then keep it as a burner phone if it still working.

          And your bonus would not be affected. Should be good.

    If anyone is wanting a s23 ultra instead those usb-c sticks are back in stock so can ultilize the 20% off. Got a 23 ultra 512gb with 2 X 64gb usb-c sticks for $960.

    Would have liked the fold5 however prefer a camera so stuck with the 23

      I have S23U 512gb and buds2 in cart. The 10% loyalty code doesn't seem to stack with youmake.

      • Did you make sure to apply the trade-in before the code? If not, try again.

        • Yep I applied the trade in first to the phone. Everything works if I just have the phone in cart. I can add 10%, $100 and $50.

          As soon as I add the buds2 all codes are removed. If I try to add 10% loyalty code I get this error but it doesn't reduce the cost.

          The voucher has been applied. Please note that the voucher was not applicable to all products in your cart.

          Have tried adding buds2 first as well as adding phone first, still same error.

          EDIT: Nope that's not it… I added 2 x S23U exclusive colour and still doesn't work lol. The phone is definitely in stock and they get youmake bonus too

          EDIT2: finally got it to work! If the 10% off code isn't stacking, then the issue could also be with the exclusive online colour you picked. It never worked for me with S23U sky blue, but worked as soon as I changed it to graphite.

          In the end, I got S23U 512gb (graphite) + 2 x buds2 (lavender) for $1079 using $1 earbuds trade in.

              • @tri1073700227: Is it the graphite color? Try following order: add the phone, then trade in, 10% loyalty code, 100 discount code and newsletter code. Add the buds or usb drive at the end.

                  • @tri1073700227: The colour of the buds also matters, I think. Lavender worked for me. They were actually the first thing I added to cart. Then graphite Ultra 512.

                  After I ordered, I went to my order and cancelled the 2 x buds from order page.

                  Click cancel order, and then you get a pop up with check box on the item you want to cancel.

      Yes u can and first go to setting add you new account in samsung account and then open app and your new acc will automaticaly sign in

          Go to phone setting in your phone and search samsung account,
          Signout that account and create a new one
          Once you created a new one thn open the shop app and just click sign in and make sure you have sign out already with previous id.

    Immediately spoke to chat that popped up on the order complete page and asked them to cancel the buds2. They informed that once the order status changes to Processed, we can do it ourself or ask them to do it.

              • @shivaussie: Didn't work for me haha they caught on that the phone is bought on a bundle with the buds2 so if I want to cancel anything the whole order will also get cancelled.

                • @CodeXD: You can do it yourself also as could see a button that says cancel order.
                  You Can also call customer retention team and ask them to cancel just the buds. They will raise a case ID and it take a while for them to fill in all the cancellation details but they will do it for you.

                  Also you have an option to return the buds back if you don't want it and they will process the refund. This is what the customer care rep Max told me on the phone yesterday

                    Too late for me to cancel on the site and rep says that delivery ID is assigned. They also said that approval might be required given it is a bundle order.
